National Standard of the People's Republic of China Standard gauge railway rolling stock limits Rolling stockgauge for standardgaugerailways1 Scope of application UDC 625.2.011 GB146.1—83||tt ||Replacing GB146-59 This limit applies to new and modified 1435 mm standard gauge railway steam, electric, diesel locomotives and various vehicles. Note: "Newly built" refers to rolling stock designed and manufactured after the implementation of this standard. "Retrofitted" refers to rolling stock that was designed and manufactured before the implementation of this standard but requires transformation according to this standard. 2 Definition The rolling stock limit is a limit cross-sectional profile perpendicular to the line centerline. Whether the rolling stock is empty or heavy, whether it is a new vehicle with the maximum standard tolerance, or an old vehicle with the maximum standard tolerance and wear limit, it must be parked on a straight and horizontal line without lateral inclination or offset, except for electric locomotives Except for the raised pantograph, any other part shall be contained within the limited outline and shall not exceed it. 3 How to use 3.1 Design rolling stock according to the limit. The center line of the limit is the vertical line passing through the midpoint of the two rails on the straight line. The horizontal dimensions of a rolling stock are measured from its center line and are expressed in half-width limits. Vertical dimensions are measured from the rail surface. 3.2 When designing and manufacturing rolling stock, neither the basic dimensions nor the tolerance dimensions should exceed the limit cross-sectional contours specified by the limits. 3.3 Vehicle limit-1A and vehicle limit-1B are the basic outlines of rolling stock limits. The part above 350 mm from the track surface is the upper limit (vehicle limit - 1A). The part below 350 mm from the track surface is the lower limit (vehicle limit -1B). 3.4 The maximum size of the upper part of a newly built vehicle (a rolling stock that has not been used after production) in the unloaded state in the vertical plane can be designed and manufactured according to the maximum size of the vehicle limit - 1A. 3.5 The designed and manufactured vertical dimensions of the lower part of a new vehicle shall not be less than the vertical dimensions stipulated in vehicle limit-1B after taking into account the spring sinkage and maximum wear under static load (or in the maintenance state). 3.6 The vertical dimension of the lower part of a truck that passes through an automated or mechanized hump vehicle reducer shall not be less than the lower limit of the truck when the vehicle reducer is in the braking or working position after taking into account the spring sinkage and maximum wear under static load. Vertical dimensions specified in vehicle limit-2. 3.7 For shunting locomotives with automated and mechanized hump vehicle reducers, the designed and manufactured vertical dimensions of the lower part shall not be smaller than when the vehicle reducer is in the relieved position, after taking into account the spring sinkage and maximum wear in the ready state. The lower limit of the shunting locomotive is the vertical dimension specified by the limit-3. 3.8 and above, 3.5~3.7, when determining the design and manufacturing vertical dimensions of the lower part of a new vehicle, there is no need to additionally include the spring vibration subsidence (movement) under dynamic load. 4 Calculation method of the maximum allowable manufacturing width of rolling stock 4.1 When determining the maximum allowable manufacturing width of rolling stock, the lateral offset (limit value) due to the maximum wear of the running part of the rolling stock when it enters the curve is not considered . Rolling stock that participates in international transport or needs to consider limit values ??due to special requirements shall be separately specified in the design brief. The 4.2 car body length is 13.22 meters (26 meters), the bogie center distance is 9.35 meters (18 meters), and the maximum allowable manufacturing width is 3400 millimeters. Released by the National Bureau of Standards on November 7, 1983 1984-10-01 Implementation 643 GB146.1-83 meters, a vehicle with such dimensions is defined as a calculation vehicle (for vehicle width calculation). The calculated vehicle is on a calculated curve with a curve radius of 300 meters, with a maximum offset of 36 mm in the middle and ends (135 mm in the middle and 147 mm in the ends). Note: The values ??listed outside the brackets are applicable to the calculation of rolling stock operating on the entire road. The values ??listed in parentheses are applicable to the calculation of rolling stock running on lines that comply with the limits of this building (lines with curve widening in accordance with the provisions of this building limit). 4.3 In the design of rolling stock, when the length of the vehicle body and the center distance of the bogie do not exceed the regulations for calculating the vehicle, there is no need to reduce the maximum allowable manufacturing width. 4.4: In the design of rolling stock, when its body length or bogie center distance exceeds the regulations for calculating the vehicle, its maximum allowable manufacturing width must be reduced accordingly, and calculated according to the following method.
