3 Inspection Rules
3.1 General Requirements
3.1.1 In addition to the requirements of this standard, the relevant requirements of JB2670 shall also be referred to for implementation. JB/T5349.3—1991
3.1.2 Before the accuracy test, the notching machine should be in a horizontal position, and the measured values in the longitudinal and transverse directions of the middle of the workbench should not exceed 0.10/1000.
3.1.3 The G4 and G5 items in Article 3.2.1 of this standard should be carried out after the load test. 3.1.4 The edge size of the inspection plane around the non-accuracy is 15mm. For the notch of the workbench or workbench plate, the non-accuracy size of the edges around the notch is 10mm.
3.2 Accuracy test
3.2.1 The accuracy test of the notching machine shall be carried out according to Table 1. Table 1
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on June 28, 199115

Inspection method
Place three equal height supports on the workbench at the farthest points a, b, and c, and then place the plate on the equal height supports. According to the measured cable line shown in the figure, (all around and diagonal) every

Support the slider on the plate, adjust the farthest three points (a, b, c) of the plane to be measured to make them at the same height as the plate. The indicator moves in a straight line along the measured element line (four sides) shown in the figure, and the error is measured by the difference between the maximum and minimum readings. This test is allowed to be carried out before assembly. Install the mandrel in the die handle hole, clamp the T-slots at both ends with the clamping plate, and use a feeler gauge to check the distance a: Then clamp the other side of the T-slot with the clamping plate, and use a feeler gauge to check the distance b, a and c. The difference is the symmetry error of the die handle hole of the clear block to the T-slot. This test is allowed to be carried out before assembly. The maximum closed height is tested. The measuring frame with the indicator is placed on the flat ruler on the workbench. The indicator probe touches the lower plane of the slider. The test is carried out in two directions as shown in the figure. The error is measured by the maximum reading difference between the two adjacent end points.
Test in the direction indicated by b. The distance between the lower plane of the slider and the workbench at point A shall not be less than the distance at point B.
Before this test, it is allowed to adjust the clamping block of the die handle. It should be in the clamping state during the inspection.

test at any closed height. Place the
angle ruler on the flat ruler on the workbench, and fasten the measuring stand with indicator to the slide
, the indicator probe touches the angle ruler measuring
surface. When the clear block is taken down and moved, the detection is carried out in two directions as shown in the figure, and the error is measured by the maximum reading difference. When
is measured in the b direction, the reading of the indicator at the upper position of the stroke
should not be less than the reading at the lower position of the stroke
. The measuring stand with the indicator is fastened on the
workbench, and the indicator contact touches and is perpendicular to the surface of the indexing shaft hole; the indexing shaft rotates one The error is measured by the maximum reading difference.
Fix a ruler on the workbench so that its
measuring surface is parallel to the line connecting the center of the slider die handle hole and the center of the indexing axis. Fix the indicator on the indexing seat so that the probe touches the measuring surface of the ruler. Take the indexing seat and move from the maximum
position of the slider to the minimum position for detection. The error is measured by the maximum reading difference.

Inspection method
The measuring frame with indicator is fastened on the
working table, and the indicator probe touches the outer circle of the indexing axis. The indexing axis feeds 2mm, and the measurement is repeated three times at any position
. The error of the measuring frame
is calculated as the maximum difference between the indicator reading value and the theoretical feed value
.
Note: For notching machines without radial feed, this
item is not tested.
Fix the cylindrical pin on the 300°circle of the drawing plate, and then tighten the ring plate and the indexing shaft. When the slider is at the bottom dead center, use the indicator fixed on the rotating sleeve of the cylindrical angle ruler to measure the cylindrical pin on the cylindrical angle ruler. This standard is proposed and regulated by the Shenyang Electric Special Equipment Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry. This standard is drafted by Wuhu Electric Machinery. The main drafters of this standard are Dai Weiguo and Zai Qingqiu. 168
The probe must touch the cylindrical pin in the tangential direction of the 300°circle for detection (initial position). Turn off the indicator, rotate the flywheel to make the indexing shaft rotate one circle and the slider is still at the bottom dead center, and measure again. Repeat the measurement 10 times, and the error is calculated as half of the maximum difference.
For this test, it is allowed to punch the silicon steel sheet groove according to the use conditions, and measure the height error of the adjacent groove spacing instead. The maximum groove spacing error should not be greater than 0.10
