Equipment pipe opening orientation diagram HG 20519.26-92 Equipment pipe opening orientation diagram HG20519.26-92 1 Non-standard equipment should draw a pipe opening orientation diagram, using A4 drawing sheet and simplified plane drawing. Draw a drawing for each equipment number. Equipment with the same structure but different pipe opening orientation can be drawn on the same drawing. 2 The pipe opening orientation diagram should indicate the position of the equipment's pipe opening, tank ear (hanging column), support leg (or ear seat), grounding plate, tower skirt bottom reinforcement rib and manhole on the skirt, the position and number of anchor bolt holes, and mark the pipe opening symbol (consistent with the pipe opening symbol on the equipment drawing). The anchor bolt holes on the support of horizontal equipment (including heat exchangers) must be indicated if they have different diameters or different shapes (movable end or fixed end). 3 A direction mark should be drawn in the upper right corner of the drawing. The direction indicator is in the form of a circle with a diameter of 20mm, indicating the angles of the four directions of east, west, south and north, and noting the north direction \N", such as: N The north direction "N\" of the direction indicator should be consistent with the north direction "N" of the equipment layout drawing. 4 List the pipe opening table consistent with the equipment drawing above the title bar. Note the equipment assembly drawing number on the right side of the pipe opening table. For example: "Equipment assembly drawing number ××××××." 5 The line width of the pipe opening orientation diagram shall comply with the provisions of HG20519.28-92. 6 The following two points should be added to the equipment pipe opening orientation diagram: (1) Use paint to indicate the 0° position on the skirt or body to facilitate identification of the orientation during on-site installation. (2) Indicate the orientation and installation height of the nameplate. Indicate the thickness of the insulation layer so that the nameplate is exposed outside the insulation layer.
