1 Question content and scope of application
This standard specifies the maximum non-impact working pressure of steel pipe flanges (European system) at working temperature. This standard applies to steel pipe flanges and flange covers specified in HG20592. 153

Reference Standard
《Steel Pipe Flange Type, Parameters (European System)》Steel Pipe Flange Technical Specifications (European System)》3 Maximum Non-impact Working Pressure
The maximum non-impact working pressure of steel pipe flanges and flange covers with nominal pressure PN of 0.25MPa (2.5har) ~ 25.0MPa (250har) at working temperature shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.0.1-1~10. At intermediate temperatures, the interpolation method is used to determine. The flange material categories listed in Table 3.0.11~-10 are in accordance with the provisions of HG20603. The maximum non-impact working pressure value of ferritic steel at 100℃ in the table can be used up to 120℃, and the maximum non-impact working pressure value of austenitic stainless steel at 20℃ can be used up to 50.
.3.0.2 The working temperature refers to the temperature of the flange metal under pressure. When the working temperature is lower than 20℃, the maximum non-impact working pressure of the flange is the same as that at 20℃.
3.0.3 If the two flanges on a flange joint have different pressure ratings, the maximum non-impact working pressure of the joint shall be the lower value, and the stud torque during installation shall be controlled to prevent over-tightening. 3.0.4 When the working temperature is higher than the listed temperature and there is no exact (rated) value, it can be determined by the designer based on usage experience or calculation.
3.0.5 When using materials other than those listed in the table, the maximum non-impact positive working pressure of the flange can be determined based on the principle of equivalent allowable stress of the material and the material science listed in the table, but it shall not be greater than the nominal pressure. 155
