This standard is revised by Sichuan Petroleum Administration Bureau Oil and Gas Field Construction Engineering Corporation on the "Natural Gas Purification Equipment and Pipeline Installation Engineering Construction and Acceptance Specification" SY406093 in accordance with the requirements of China National Petroleum Corporation (98) Zhongyou Jijianzi No. 33.
In this revision, the technical content of the relevant national and petroleum and natural gas industry standards was referred to, and some construction data of the natural gas purification plant project of the construction unit was collected. The technical content of the original standard was revised and supplemented, and the opinions of relevant units and experts were widely solicited through letter review and joint review, striving to achieve advanced technology and reasonable economic development: to ensure the safety and quality of engineering construction. After repeated revisions, this standard was finally reviewed and finalized by the Petroleum Engineering Construction Professional Standardization Committee and relevant units.
The main contents of this standard include: General: Equipment, material and pipe fittings collection and storage: Equipment, skids, towers, machines, heat exchangers, industrial furnaces, reactors, special supporting equipment, process pipeline installation: welding and non-destructive testing: heat treatment: pressure resistance and rigidity test: equipment operation and change acceptance, etc. This standard will replace SY4060--93 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by China National Petroleum Corporation. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Petroleum Engineering Construction Professional Standardization Committee. The main drafters of this standard are Deng Huayou and Yan Keqin ...
