3 Classification and marking
3.1 Classification
According to the use environment, it can be divided into cabinets for ground, vehicle, ship and airborne. 3.2 Marking

4 Technical requirements
4.1 The design and manufacture of the cabinet should meet the user's use requirements. 4.2 The main structural dimensions of the cabinet should comply with the provisions of GB3047.2 or GJB100. 4.3 The verticality of the cabinet frame to the bottom reference plane and the parallelism between the frame columns shall comply with the provisions of GB1184, and the accuracy shall not be lower than Class C. 4.4 When designing and manufacturing the cabinet, good interchangeability and versatility should be ensured. Products of the same model, specification and size should be interchangeable. 4.5 Standard and common parts should be used to the maximum extent to realize the standardization, generalization and serialization of cabinets. 4.6 When designing cabinets, the human-machine relationship and engineering aesthetic principles should be considered. Beautiful shape, coordinated colors, and human-machine safety. 4.7 Consider ventilation and heat dissipation according to the use environment conditions and reliability requirements. When considering the heat dissipation method, natural cooling should be used as much as possible. Only when the natural cooling method cannot meet the heat dissipation requirements, forced air cooling, water cooling or other cooling methods can be used. When setting up air holes, shutters, exhaust holes or exhaust pipes for ventilation and heat dissipation, hazards such as sand, dust, insects, and rodents should be considered, and necessary protective measures should be taken.
4.8 When designing cabinets, noise interference should be eliminated or reduced. 4.9 The wiring method, installation location and space should be considered. 4.10 Convenient movement, installation, maintenance and handling should be considered, and safe and reliable. 4.11
For cabinets that require electromagnetic shielding, shielding measures should be taken to eliminate or reduce interference. 4.12
The cabinet shall meet the grounding requirements. In general, the DC bonding resistance at the grounding lead shall not exceed 10m. The protective and decorative surface coating of the cabinet shall comply with the provisions of relevant national standards. 4.13
After the cabinet door is assembled, the gap shall be uniform and flexible to open. 4.15
After the door lock, quick lock, hinge movable rail and other components are assembled, they shall be flexible to start, easy to push and pull, and firm and reliable. The length of the end of the cabinet screw extending from the nut shall generally not be greater than the screw diameter and not less than two pitches. The mechanical connections of all parts and components on the cabinet shall be firm and reliable. After environmental testing, cracks, looseness, movement and rust are not allowed, and detachable connections shall be easy to assemble and disassemble.
It shall be able to work reliably under the specified transportation, impact, shock and vibration environment. If necessary, the cabinet shall have a vibration isolation device. 4.18
When the cabinet is used in a place suitable for mold growth, the cabinet should have the ability to resist mold. When the cabinet is used for coastal or shipboard electronic equipment, the cabinet should have the ability to resist salt spray corrosion. When the cabinet is used in a special environment, it should meet the requirements of the corresponding technical conditions. 4.22

5.1 Initial test

According to Articles 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7, 4.9, 4.10, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15, 4.16 and 4.17 of this standard, use general measuring tools (or visual inspection) and general instruments to carry out initial inspection of the cabinet. 5.2 Low temperature test
5.2.1 According to GB2423.1 Test Aa: Low temperature test method for temperature sudden change of non-heat dissipation test sample or GJB4.3, and according to the requirements of Table 2, select the temperature and duration (insulation) time of the test box (room) for the test. 5.2.2 After the test, take the cabinet out of the test box (room) and restore it under normal test atmospheric conditions (temperature 15~35℃; relative humidity 45%~75%, air pressure 86~106kPa). After the temperature stabilizes, it shall comply with the provisions of 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 and 4.17.
5.3 High temperature test
5.3.1 According to GB2423.2 Test Ba: High temperature test method for temperature sudden change of non-heat dissipation test sample or GJB4.2, and according to the requirements of Table 2, select the temperature and duration (insulation) time of the test box (room) for the test. 5.3.2 After the test, take the cabinet out of the test box (room) and restore it under normal test atmospheric conditions (see 5.2.2). After the temperature stabilizes, it shall comply with the provisions of 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 and 4.17. 5.4 Impact test
5.4.1 According to the provisions of GB2423.5 test Ea or GJB4.9, and according to the requirements of Table 2, select the peak acceleration value, pulse duration or impact resistance level for testing.
5.4.2 After the test, the cabinet shall comply with the provisions of 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 and 4.17. 5.5 Shock test
5.5.1 According to the provisions of GJB4.8, select the test level, conditions and procedures for testing. 5.5.2 After the test, the cabinet shall comply with the provisions of 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 and 4.17. 5.6 Transport test
5.6.1 Installation of cabinet

5.6.1.1 Fasten the cabinet to the truck or road transport simulation test bench. If necessary, install the cabinet on a bracket with sufficient rigidity before testing.
5.6.1.2 For cabinets equipped with vibration isolation devices during use, the vibration isolation devices shall be tested together. 5.6.2 When the cabinet is installed on a truck for testing, the road surface and speed are shown in Table 2. The test mileage shall be determined by the supply and demand parties according to the product use requirements and, if necessary, agreed upon.
5.6.3 After the test, the cabinet shall comply with the provisions of 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 and 4.17. 5.7 Vibration test
5.7.1 According to the provisions of GB2423.10 Test Fc or GJB4.7, and according to the requirements of Table 2, select the frequency range, displacement amplitude and test duration for the test.
5.7.2 After the test, the cabinet shall comply with the provisions of 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 and 4.17. 5.8 Steady state damp heat test
5.8.1 According to the provisions of GB2423.3 Test Ca or GJB4.5, and according to the requirements of Table 2, select the duration of the test box (room) or the test cycle for the test.
5.8.2 After the test, the cabinet shall be taken out of the test box (room) and restored to normal test atmosphere conditions (see 5.2.2) for 1 to 2 hours. It shall meet the requirements of 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15 and 4.17. 5.9 Fungus test
5.9.1 In order to identify the degree and impact of fungus growth, the first batch of products can be tested for fungus growth using samples made of the same material and process as the cabinet.
5.9.2 Test in accordance with GB2423.16 Test J or GJB4.10. 5.9.3 After the test, the fungus growth level shall meet the requirements of Level 0 or Level 1 specified in GB2423.16 Test J or GJB4.10. 5.10 Salt spray test
5.10.1 In order to evaluate the salt spray corrosion resistance of the material or its protective layer, for the first batch of products, the sample with the same material and process as the cabinet can be selected for salt spray test.
5.10.2 According to the provisions of GB2423.17 test Ka or GJB4.11, and according to the requirements of Table 2, select the test duration or test level.
5.10.3 After the test, there is no obvious change on the surface, the coating has good gloss, or there is a slight change of less than 50% of the area. 5.11 The tests of Articles 5.2 to 5.10 can be carried out together with the whole machine. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 Delivery inspection
Inspect all submitted cabinets according to the provisions of Articles 4.3, 4.4, 4.12, 4.13, 4.14, 4.15, 4.16 and 4.17. If a cabinet has unqualified items, the manufacturer shall be responsible for repairing it before the cabinet can be submitted again. 6.2 Routine inspection
6.2.1 During batch production, the number of samples shall be randomly selected from the first batch of products and the qualified products of the delivery inspection according to Table 3 each year, and routine inspection shall be carried out in the order of Articles 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, 5.9 and 5.10. Whether the samples of routine inspection can be delivered as finished products, and whether the routine inspection shall be repeated when the structure, process or material substitution is changed, shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 6.2.2 During routine inspection, even if one requirement fails, double the number of cabinets shall be selected for a second inspection of the requirement. If it still does not meet the requirements, the batch of products with unqualified items shall be inspected one by one, and the qualified ones shall be selected, and the rest shall be unqualified. 4
7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Marking
The packaging marking shall include:

7.2.1 The cabinets that have passed the inspection can be packaged as a whole or separately. Before packaging, the cabinets shall be dusted, debris removed, and surface protectively treated, and dust covers shall be added. When dispersed packaging, a parts list and assembly instructions shall be attached. After packaging, it shall be rainproof, moisture-proof and collision-proof. 7.2.2 Each product should have a certificate of conformity, which should indicate: a.
Manufacturer name;
Cabinet type and dimensions;
Manufacturing date;
Inspector code;
Factory batch or factory number.
7.3 Transportation
After the cabinet is packaged, it is allowed to be transported in any way and is guaranteed not to be damaged. 7.4 Storage
The cabinet should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse without acid, alkali, sulfide and other harmful gases. Open-air storage is not allowed. Additional remarks:
