4 Technical requirements
4.1 Products shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured according to product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2 Materials and hardness of main parts and components
4.2.1 Rolling bearing
4.2.1.1 The materials of the pressure plate and steel ball are GCr15SiMn and GCr15 rolling bearing steel respectively. The hardness of the pressure plate is 60-64HRC, and the hardness of the steel ball is 60-66HRC. Rolling bearing steel shall comply with the provisions of YB9. The heat treatment quality shall comply with the provisions of JB1255. 4.2.1.2 The base and top seat are made of ZG25 cast steel and shall comply with the provisions of Grade II cast steel in GB979. Aging treatment is required. 4.2.1.3 The material of the middle seat is A3 steel, which shall comply with the provisions of GB700. 4.2.2 Sliding bearing
Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry on December 25, 19916
Implemented on October 1, 1992
JB5912.2—91
4.2.2.1 The friction plate material is made of copper-based powder metallurgy sintered composite material, and the grinding material is made of stainless steel plate 1Cr18Ni9Ti, which should comply with the provisions of GB3280.
4.2.2.2 The base, middle seat and top seat are made of A3 steel, which should comply with the provisions of GB700. 4.3 Friction coefficient
4.3.1 The friction coefficient of rolling bearing should be less than 0.005. 4.3.2 The friction coefficient of sliding bearing should be less than 0.05. 4.4 Tolerance
4.4.1 The tolerance of finished product shall be as specified in Table 1.
All models
4.4.2 The precision grade and dimensional tolerance of steel castings shall comply with the provisions of ZJ6 grade in GB6414. 4.5 Rolling bearing assembly requirements
4.5.1 The steel balls shall comply with the provisions of G40 grade in GB308. 4.5.? During assembly, there should be a certain gap between the steel balls so that the steel balls can roll flexibly. After the steel balls are installed in the steel rings, rust-proof and lubricating dual-purpose grease should be added. The amount of grease added is 80~120g. 4.5.34
4.5.4 After assembly, the position of the middle seat and the steel ring should be adjusted so that the movement at different radial positions is equal, and then fixed with bolts. 4.6 The surface roughness of the main parts shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2
Part Name
Two Ends of Pressure Plate
Stainless Steel Grinding Plate
4.7 Appearance
4.7.1 Parts shall not have cracks, burns, rust, flash, or burrs. R
4.7.2 The molding sand on the steel casting shall be cleaned, and the gate, riser, scars, and flash shall be removed. The rough surface shall be flat and smooth after cleaning.
4.7.3 The casting surface shall not have pores, shrinkage cavities, sand inclusions, insufficient casting, and other casting defects that will reduce the strength of the casting and significantly damage the appearance.
4.7.4 The outer surfaces of the base, middle seat, and top seat of the rolling bearing shall be painted, and the base, middle seat, and top seat of the sliding bearing shall be zinc-coated after processing. The zinc coating thickness is Zn80, which shall comply with the provisions of GB9793. 4.7.5 The bearing plate of the rolling bearing must be demagnetized, and the weight of the iron adsorbed by the parts shall not exceed 0.04g. 5 Test method
5.1 Bearing capacity
5.1.1 The rolling bearing is replaced by measuring the hardness of the steel ball and the bearing plate. The hardness measurement shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB1255. If necessary, the steel ball can be placed between the two bearing plates, and each steel ball is subjected to a load of 4.7kN. The steel ball and the bearing plate shall not be permanently deformed. 5.1.2 The bearing plate of the sliding bearing moves slowly under a pressure of 100MPa, and there shall be no deformation, roughening or peeling. 5.2 Measurement
5.2.1 Movement
5.2.1.1 The rolling bearing adjusts the position of the middle seat according to 4.5.4, and then measures the distance from the outer diameter of the middle seat to the inner diameter of the base. 5.2.1.2 The sliding bearing is replaced by measuring parts. 7
5.2.2 Assembly height
JB5912.2—91
The height of the rolling bearing is replaced by measuring the height H1 from the bottom of the base to the top of the middle seat, ensuring that AH is ±0.9mm. The height of the sliding bearing is replaced by measuring the height of the parts. The sum of the height deviations of each part should meet the height deviation requirements. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The bearing should be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer and a certificate of conformity should be issued. 6.2 The user can conduct acceptance according to the inspection items specified in this standard. The acceptance method should comply with the provisions of GB2828. The inspection level is "level, the main item acceptance level AQL is 4, the secondary item AQL is 10, and the single or double sampling plan is adopted. 6.3 The sampling inspection items are specified in Table 3.
