Except for the road conditions and climatic conditions of the driving test, the rest shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T5378. 3.2 Road conditions
3.2.1 The road conditions for the driving test shall be:
a. Flat road: in line with national first and second-class roads; b. Mountain road: the average longitudinal slope of the road surface shall not be less than 5%; Gravel road: in line with national third and fourth-class roads. C
3.2.2 The test road should be selected from a section with low traffic volume, which is convenient for the vehicle speed and conducive to test safety. 3.3 Climate conditions
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on November 16, 1995 and implemented on May 1, 1996
GB/T 4570—1995
The climate conditions for driving tests (except for special provisions) are not restricted. Test mileage and mileage distribution
4.1 The total mileage of the durability test includes four parts: running-in mileage, inspection mileage, performance test mileage and driving test mileage. The total test mileage is specified in Table 1.

4.3 The mileage distribution of mountain roads and gravel roads can be adjusted by no more than 20% according to the specific situation, and the mileage of flat roads shall not be changed.
4.4 The durability driving mileage shall include 900km of night driving mileage. Mopeds are allowed to drive with lights on during the day instead. 5 Test content and methods
5.1 Preparation before driving
Carry out according to the provisions of Article 3.1 of GB/T5378. 5.2 Measurement of main dimensions and mass parameters
According to the provisions of GB/T5373, the following parameters shall be measured for the test vehicle: a.
Overall dimensions (length, width, height);
Wheelbase,
Tread;
Ground clearance;
Turning circle diameter;
Unladen mass.
5.3 Running-in
5.3.1 Before running-in, the speedometer indication shall be calibrated according to GB/T5376. 5.3.2 Running-in shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T5378. Any faults found shall be promptly eliminated and included in the fault statistics. 5.4 Inspection before initial performance test
GB/T 4570--1995
After running-in, maintenance shall be carried out according to the vehicle manual and an inspection drive of no more than 50km shall be carried out. 5.5 Preliminary performance test
The preliminary performance test shall include the following contents:
Starting performance test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T5381; Braking performance test shall be conducted in accordance with GB5382.1 or GB5382.2; Fuel consumption test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T5377; Acceleration performance test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T5385; Maximum speed test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T5384; Climbing performance test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T5387; Rapid pollutant measurement shall be conducted in accordance with GB5466; Noise measurement shall be conducted in accordance with GB5467;
Coasting test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T5386;
Minimum stable speed test shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T5383. 5.6 Driving test
5.6.1 During the driving test, the vehicle shall be driven at the maximum speed permitted by the vehicle manual and road traffic management regulations as far as possible while ensuring safety, but coasting is not allowed.
5.6.2 During the driving process of the vehicle, it is allowed to inspect, adjust and maintain the vehicle according to the provisions of the instruction manual, and all kinds of faults and replacement parts should be included in the fault statistics.
5.7 Inspection before performance retest
The inspection content shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.4 of this standard. 5.8 Performance retest
The retest content shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.5 of this standard. 5.9 Analysis and handling of faults
5.9.1 If a fault occurs during the test, it shall be analyzed in time, the cause shall be found out, and the test shall be continued after measures are taken. 5.9.2 If a certain fault causes a related fault to occur, the most serious fault in the series of faults caused shall be classified. 5.9.3 If one of the following situations occurs during the test, the test shall be terminated and reported to the competent department in a timely manner: a. Due to design and structural reasons, driving safety cannot be guaranteed; fatal faults or frequent faults occur during the test, making the test impossible to carry out. b.
5.10 Test record
The main dimensions and mass parameters and main performance test results shall be filled in according to the items listed in Table A1 and Table A2 of Appendix A (Supplement). 5.10.2 The faults that occurred shall be classified according to GB/T5359.2 and relevant documents, and filled in according to the items listed in Table A3 and Table A4 of Appendix A.
