JG/T3009-1993
This standard specifies the reference standards, terms, product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection regulations and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of microcomputer controlled VVVF water-supplying equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment). This standard applies to the manufacture and acceptance of microcomputer controlled VVVF water-supplying equipment and water-supplying equipment using analog control, and can also be used as a reference.

3 Terms
3.1 Microcomputer control
Automatic control of the water supply system with a microcomputer such as a single-chip microcomputer or PC (programmable logic controller) as the main control unit. 3.2 Variable frequency speed regulation

3.3 Constant pressure water supply

During the water supply process, the water supply pressure of the equipment does not change with the flow rate and always remains within the range of allowable fluctuations of the set pressure. 3.4 Variable pressure water supply
During the water supply process, the water supply pressure of the equipment changes with the flow rate and always changes according to the pipeline working characteristic curve. 3.5 Set pressure
Before the equipment is put into operation, the pressure value that needs to be set according to the most unfavorable water distribution point of the water supply system. 3.6 Actual pressure
The pressure value actually measured by the pressure sensor when the equipment is in operation. 4 Product classification
4.1 Varieties and types
4.1.1 Varieties
Equipment types are divided according to the control method.
Microcomputer control type: The control core is composed of a single-chip microcomputer; a.
b. PC control type: The control core is composed of a programmable controller. 4.1.2 Types
Equipment types are divided according to the structural form, water supply method, and the number of controlled water pumps. 4.1.2.1 According to the structural form of the equipment, it is divided into:
Water supply equipment;
Integrated type: An integral installation consisting of a control cabinet (box), a water pump unit, (pressure water tank), an automatic instrument, pipe fittings and a chassis. Distributed type: A distributed installation water supply equipment consisting of a control cabinet (box), a water pump unit, (pressure water tank), an automatic instrument and pipe fittings. 4.1.2.2 According to the water supply method of the equipment, it is divided into:
Constant pressure water supply;
b. Variable pressure water supply.
4.1.2.3 According to the number of water pumps controlled by the equipment, it is divided into: single-unit type: controlling one water pump to operate at a variable speed; a.
Multiple-unit type: controlling two or more water pumps to operate in parallel. b.
4.2 Specifications
Control cabinets (boxes) are divided according to structural dimensions and specification parameters. 4.2.1 Structural dimensions

5.2 Performance

5.2.1 The equipment should be able to work normally when the input voltage fluctuation of the equipment and the input voltage fluctuation of the controller do not exceed 10% of the rated voltage. 5.2.2 The equipment should have the function of automatically adjusting the speed of the water pump and soft starting. When the water is supplied at a constant pressure, the difference between the set pressure and the actual pressure shall not exceed 0.01MPa; when the water is supplied at a variable pressure, the working pressure of the water supply system shall change according to the pipeline working characteristic curve. 5.2.3 The equipment should have the function of water level control. When the water level drops to the set lower limit, it will automatically stop; when the pump water level is restored, it will automatically start.
5.2.4 The control cabinet (box) panel of the equipment should have a display window for observing the set pressure and actual pressure. 5.2.5 The control cabinet (box) panel of the equipment should have a display window for observing the power supply frequency of the water pump, with a display range of 0 to 50Hz. The control cabinet (box) panel of the equipment should have a display window for observing faults. 5.2.6
The equipment should have the functions of self-checking, alarming and automatic protection for various faults. For recoverable faults, it should be able to automatically or manually eliminate the alarm and restore normal operation.
5.2.8 The rated voltage of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB156. 5.2.9 The rated current of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB762. 5.3 The manufacture of the control cabinet (box)
The cabinet (box) shall comply with the provisions of GB3047.1. The allowable deviation of processing quality shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 3. 5.3.17

5.3.4 The surface coating of the cabinet (box) shall not be dazzling and reflective, and the color shall be uniform, neat and beautiful, without paint peeling, bubbling, cracks, flow marks and other phenomena.
5.3.5 The internal accessories of the cabinet (box) shall be reasonably assembled, compact in structure, well-made and easy to maintain. 5.3.6 The manufacture of large cabinets (boxes) shall be equipped with lifting rings and hooks on the top for lifting. 5.4 Accessories and auxiliary parts
5.4.1 The water pumps, (pressure water tanks), pressure sensors, water level controllers, etc. of the equipment shall comply with the provisions of their respective standards. When selecting, there shall be a product quality certificate.
5.4.2 Electrical and electronic components shall comply with the provisions of their respective standards, and there shall be a product quality certificate when selecting. 5.4.3 Printed circuit boards shall comply with the provisions of GB4588.1 or GB4588.2. 5.4.4 The colors of conductors and busbars shall comply with the provisions of GB2681. 5.4.5 The colors of indicator lights and buttons shall comply with the provisions of GB2682. 5.5 Electrical clearance and creepage distance
The electrical clearance and creepage distance between live circuits in the equipment and between live parts and conductive parts or grounded parts shall comply with the provisions of 3.7 of GB3797--1989. 5.6 Insulation resistance and dielectric strength
The insulation resistance between live circuits in the equipment and the ground (casing) and the dielectric strength between circuits that are not electrically connected to each other shall comply with the provisions of 3.8 of GB3797-1989.
5.7 Safety grounding
There must be a grounding point on the metal structure of the equipment, which shall comply with the provisions of 3.10.7.1 of GB3797-1989. 537
5.8 Anti-drying

The equipment should have anti-interference ability, and should be able to work stably and reliably under the interference of electric equipment at a distance of not less than 1m from the control cabinet (box).
5.9 Equipment pollution
The equipment should have the ability to eliminate the pollution of harmonics to the power grid and the electrical equipment used, and the harmonic components caused by the inverter when it is put into the power grid should comply with the provisions of relevant national standards. If the requirements cannot be met, a filter should be added. 5.10 Environmental test requirements
5.10.1 Low temperature test
The control cabinet (box) should be able to withstand a low temperature test of 5℃±3C for 2h, and should meet the requirements of 5.2 after the test. 5.10.2 Low temperature storage test
The control cabinet (box) shall be able to withstand a low temperature storage test of -40°C + 3°C for 2 hours, and shall meet the requirements of Article 5.2 of this standard after the test.
5.10.3 High temperature test
The control cabinet (box) shall be able to withstand a high temperature test of 40°C + 2°C for 2 hours, and shall meet the requirements of Article 5.2 after the test. 5.10.4 High temperature storage test
The control cabinet (box) shall be able to withstand a high temperature storage test of 55°C + 2°C for 2 hours, and shall meet the requirements of Article 5.2 after the test. 5.10.5 Steady damp heat test
The control cabinet (box) shall be able to withstand a steady damp heat test of 40°C + 2°C and relative humidity of 93% for 48 hours, and shall meet the requirements of Article 5.2 after the test.
5.11 Transportation test
The control cabinet (box) shall withstand a transportation test of 200km on a third-class highway. After the test, the performance of the whole machine is correct, the cabinet (box) structure and internal parts are intact and can operate normally. 5.12 Continuous operation test
The equipment shall be subjected to a continuous operation test of no less than 10 days before leaving the factory, and various actions and functions shall be correct during the test. 5.13 Pump unit
The selection and installation of the pump unit shall comply with the provisions of Section 7 of GBI15. 5.14 Pipeline system
5.14.1 The pipe material shall be galvanized steel pipe, welded steel pipe and seamless steel pipe according to the water supply requirements. The material shall comply with the provisions of GB3091.GB3092 and GB 8163.
5.14.2 The pipe fittings used for the pipeline should be standard parts, and the quality of the pipe fittings shall comply with the provisions of GB3287. 5.14.3 The selection and connection methods of pipes, fittings and valves shall comply with the provisions of Section 5 of GBI15. 5.14.4 The piping system shall be equipped with drainage facilities at the lowest point of the piping system. 5.14.5 The piping system shall be subjected to a water pressure test after the equipment is assembled. 5.15 Air pressure tank
The manufacture and acceptance of the air pressure tank used with the equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB150. 5.16 Water quality requirements
The equipment shall have no impact on the water quality. The water quality of production water shall be determined according to the process requirements: the water quality of production water shall comply with the provisions of GB5749.
6 Test methods
6.1 Input voltage fluctuation test
Connect a voltage regulator to the input end of the equipment, adjust the power supply voltage to 90%-110% of the rated voltage, and conduct a voltage fluctuation test, which shall comply with the requirements of 5.2.1.
6.2 Pressure control test

6.2.1 When supplying water at constant pressure, under normal operating conditions of the equipment, adjust the water supply flow rate, observe the difference between the set pressure and the actual pressure, and it shall meet the requirements of 5.2.2.
6.2.2 When supplying water at variable pressure, under normal operating conditions of the equipment, adjust the water supply flow rate, observe the change of water supply pressure, and it shall meet the requirements of 5.2.2. 6.3 Water level control test
Under normal operating conditions of the equipment, take out the water level sensor from the pool (box) and observe whether the water pump stops and alarms: when the water level controller is put back into the pool (box), the water pump shall automatically start and run and the alarm shall be eliminated, which shall meet the requirements of 5.2.3. 6.4 Pressure display test
Turn on the power supply, adjust the set pressure after starting up, observe the set pressure and actual pressure displayed on the control cabinet (box) panel, and it shall meet the requirements of 5.2.4.
6.5 Frequency display test
After turning on the power supply, observe the power supply frequency displayed on the panel of the control cabinet (box), which gradually rises from 0Hz to 50Hz, and should meet the requirements of 5.2.5.
6.6 Automatic protection test
6.6.1 Phase loss protection test
When the equipment is under normal working conditions, cut off any one phase of the three-phase input power supply of the control cabinet (box), the water pump should stop running, the fault display and alarm.
6.6.2 Undervoltage and overvoltage protection test
When the equipment is under normal working conditions, use the voltage regulator to adjust the input voltage of the control cabinet (box). When the input voltage exceeds or is lower than the rated voltage, the water pump should stop running, the fault display and alarm. 6.7 Quality inspection of cabinets (boxes) and accessories
6.7.1 The appearance quality is inspected by self-test, which should meet the requirements of 4.2 of GB3797-1989. 6.7.2 The external dimensions of the cabinet (box) shall be inspected with a general measuring fixture, and the processing quality shall meet the requirements of 5.3.1. 6.7.3 The protection level test of the cabinet (box) shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB4942.2 and shall meet the requirements of 5.3.2. 6.7.4 The quality inspection of accessories and auxiliary parts shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.4. 6.8 The inspection of electrical clearance and distance shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of 5.5. 6.9 The insulation resistance test
shall be carried out in accordance with the inspection method specified in Article 4.3 of GB3797, and the inspection results shall meet the requirements of 5.6. 6.10 The dielectric strength test
shall be carried out in accordance with the test method specified in Article 4.4 of GB3797, and the test results shall meet the requirements of 5.6. 6.11 Anti-interference test
Under normal working conditions, the equipment is 1m away from the control cabinet (box), and a 500W hand drill is turned on to interfere, and the various actions, functions and procedures of the equipment are observed to be normal. The test results shall meet the requirements of 5.8. 6.12 Environmental test
6.12.1 Low temperature test
Perform the test method specified in GB2423.1. The test results shall meet the requirements of 5.10.1. 6.12.2 Low temperature storage test
Place the test device in a low temperature room and lower the temperature to -40℃ ± 3℃ at a rate of 0.7~1.0℃/min. After the test device reaches temperature stability, leave it for 2 hours, then raise it to normal room temperature at a rate of 0.7~~1.0℃/min. After reaching temperature stability, restore it for 2 hours under normal atmospheric conditions, and then start the machine for testing. The test results shall meet the requirements of 5.10.2. 6.12.3 High temperature test
Perform the test method specified in GB2423.2. The test results shall meet the requirements of 5.10.3. 6.12.4 High temperature storage test

Place the device under test in a high temperature room, gradually raise the temperature of the room to 55℃±2C at a rate of 0.7~1.0℃/min, wait for the device under test to reach temperature stability, leave it for 2h, then lower it to normal room temperature at a rate of 0.7~1.0℃/min, and after reaching temperature stability, restore it for 2h under normal atmospheric conditions, then restart the machine for testing, and the test results shall meet the requirements of 5.10.4. 6.12.5 Steady heat test
Perform the test method specified in GB2423.3, and the test results shall meet the requirements of 5.10.5. 6.13 Transportation test
Perform the test method specified in 4.18 of GB3797-~1989, and the test results shall meet the requirements of 5.11. 6.14 Continuous operation test
Continuous operation test refers to the test that must be carried out on each control cabinet (box) before leaving the factory. Under normal working conditions, the tested device shall be operated continuously and uninterruptedly as far as possible according to the actual working procedure, and the continuous operation test time shall not be less than the requirements of Table 4. The equipment system diagram is shown in Figure 2. The test results shall meet the requirements of 5.12.

6.15 Water pressure test
6.15.1 The pipeline system test adopts special pressure equipment to carry out water pressure test, and the test pressure is 1.5 times of the maximum working pressure, but shall not be less than 0.6 MPa.
6.15.2 The instrument of water pressure test adopts two pressure gauges with the same range and qualified after calibration, and its range is 1.5~3 times of the test pressure, and the accuracy is 1.5 level.
6.15.3 The pressure increase of the water pressure test should be carried out slowly. When the test pressure is reached, the pressure drop within 10 minutes should not exceed 0.05MPa. Then the test pressure should be reduced to the maximum working pressure for appearance inspection. It is qualified if there is no leakage. 540

Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: trial production and identification of new products or old products transferred to the factory for production; after formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; after one year of normal production, regular or periodic inspection should be carried out; when the product is resumed after one year of suspension; when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. For type inspection sample sampling, one unit is selected from the products that have passed the factory inspection and is inspected item by item according to the specified items. If a product fails to meet the standards or has an occasional failure during the type inspection, double sampling shall be conducted to test the failed items. If all the double sampling tests are qualified, the type inspection is considered qualified. If two prototypes still have failed items or occasional failures after inspection, the batch of products is considered unqualified.
7.1.4 The product should be recorded during the type inspection, and a form should be filled in, signed by the inspection personnel and the person in charge, and stamped with the official seal. 7.1.5 The type inspection items should comply with the provisions of Table 5. 7.2 Factory inspection
7.2.1 Before the equipment leaves the factory, it should be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the production unit and the product certificate should be filled in before it can leave the factory. 7.2.2 The equipment should be inspected and tested according to the specified items one by one. If there is a failed item during the factory inspection, it is allowed to be repaired and inspected again. If it still fails to meet the standards after the re-inspection, it is considered a failed product. If it cannot be repaired, it will be considered scrapped. 7.2.3 The factory inspection of equipment should be recorded and filled in the form, signed by the inspector and the person in charge, and stamped with the official seal. 7.2.4 The factory inspection items should comply with the provisions of Table 5. 8 Marking, packaging, remote transmission, purchase and storage
8.1 Marking
8.1.1 Nameplate

8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The wooden box packaging of the product should comply with the relevant packaging and transportation standards to ensure that the product is not mechanically damaged during transportation and storage, and has rain and dust protection measures.
8.2.2 Documents accompanying the product

Electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram;
Product instruction manual;
Packaging list.
8.3 Transportation
During transportation, the product should not be subjected to severe vibration, impact or inversion. The transportation temperature should be within the range of 40~55℃. 8.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated and non-corrosive environment indoors. If stored outdoors, measures should be taken to prevent rain, sun and moisture.

8.1.1 Nameplate
The content of the product nameplate shall include:

The following marks should be marked on the outside of the packing box:
Product model, name and factory serial number,
Net quantity of the product and gross weight including the packing box:
Name and address of the receiving unit:
Name and address of the manufacturer;
Location marks "Ning" and "Shu" and the words "upward", "afraid of moisture" and "handle with care" written in the lower part of the circle of the mark; Overall dimensions of the packing box:
Packing date.
8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The wooden box packaging of the product should comply with the relevant packaging and transportation standards to ensure that the product is not mechanically damaged during transportation and storage, and has rain and dust protection measures.
8.2.2 Documents accompanying the product
Quality certification documents, product certificate;
Electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram;
Product instruction manual;
Packaging list.
8.3 Transportation
During transportation, the product should not be subjected to severe vibration, impact or inversion. The transportation temperature should be within the range of 40~55℃. 8.4 Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated and non-corrosive environment indoors. If stored outdoors, measures should be taken to prevent rain, sun and moisture.
