Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Conventional Well Repair Operations for Oil and Water Wells
Cementing Plug Operation Procedures
SY/T 5587.14—93
This standard specifies the operation design, operation preparation, operation procedures, quality control and safety requirements, data collection and quality inspection of cementing plugs.
This standard is applicable to cementing plug operations of conventional oil (gas) and water vertical wells completed with holes and perforations, and can also be used as a reference for cementing plug operations of other types of wells.

3.1 Data collection
3.1.1 Collect casing specifications, layer and well section, formation permeability of the operation well. Temperature, pressure coefficient, liquid production and its properties, and leakage.
3.1,2 Cement performance.
3.2 Design principles
3,2.1 The thickness of the cement plug should generally be more than 10m. 3.2.2 The distance from the top of the plugging layer to the cement plug surface must be greater than 6m. 3.2.3 The depth of the wellbore pocket after water injection and filter plugging should meet geological requirements. 3.2.4 When two cement plugs must be injected to seal the well, the surface of the first cement plug should be within 50m above the top of the perforated well section, and the surface of the second cement plug should be determined according to the design requirements. Each cement plug should be tested and qualified by the pressure test: 3.2.5 When using non-clean water to pressurize the well, an appropriate amount of clean water must be replaced as an isolation fluid before and after the repair and merging fluid. Wells with a depth of more than 3600m must use high-quality repair and merging fluid.
3.3 Requirements for the preparation of cement plug design
The content and format of the preparation should comply with the requirements of Appendix A (Supplement). 4: Operation preparation
4.1 Material preparation
4.1.1 Prepare sufficient qualified oil well cement and additives according to the design requirements, and store them properly to prevent moisture. The selection of cement is specified in Table 1.
4.1.2 Before the operation, take cement and water samples to conduct cement slurry initial setting, final setting, fluidity test and additive formula test. The cement curing temperature should be based on the temperature of the operation section.
4.1.3 Prepare enough repair and merging fluid, the total amount of which should not be less than 1.5 times the amount used. China National Petroleum Corporation approved on September 9, 1993 and implemented on March 1, 1994

4,2.2 Press and merging according to the provisions of SY/T587,3 to achieve a balance between the wellbore wave column pressure and the formation pressure. 4.2.3 Calculate and measure accurately, prepare the cement plug pipe string, and make records. 4.3 Preparation of ground facilities and equipment
4.3.1 The water pressure sealing test of the parallel port and the ground high-pressure pipeline should be twice the expected operating pressure. 4.3.2 Check the lifting power equipment, parallel frame, swimming system, tools and utensils. 4.3.3 There must be a spare cement truck at the well site. 5 Operation procedures
5.1 According to the provisions of SY/T-5587.6, lower the cement plug pipe string into the well to the replacement cement slurry depth specified in the design. 5.2 After the cement truck is in place, connect the parallel port inlet and outlet pipelines, and conduct a water penetration test on the parallel port and high-pressure pipeline. 5.3 Circulate the liquid inside the well to check whether the ground system is working properly. 5.4 Prepare cement slurry according to the design requirements. The cement slurry should be mixed evenly, without any foreign matter, and the density should not be less than 1.85g/cm°. 5.5 Replace the cement slurry specified in the design. 5.6 Replace the displacement fluid required by the design, and control the displacement displacement to 0.5m°/min. 5.7 Lift the pipe grid to the backwashing position.
5.8 Use the one-time multiple backwashing method to wash out the excess cement slurry. 5.9. Lift the pipe grid to more than 100m away from the working section. 5.10
Fill the wellbore with workover fluid.
Close the well and wait for setting. See Table 2 for the setting time. Table 2

Talk about setting time, five
After setting, the pipe string should be slowly deepened when exploring the cement surface. After the pressure is 5~10kN and the two depths are consistent, the pipe string is lifted up and the pressure gauge is installed on the wellhead of 20m.

6.1 Quality Control
Test Pressure
Pump Stop Observation Time
Before displacing cement slurry, ensure that the liquid level of the tubing and casing is at the wellhead. The water used to prepare the cement slurry and the water used for the isolation fluid must be consistent with the test water. 6.1.2[
The replacement fluid must be accurately measured to ensure that the cement slurry surface of the tubing and casing is balanced. 6.1.31
The temperature must be stable during the solidification period, and the liquid level of the tubing and casing must be at the wellhead. 6.1.4
For high-pressure unstable wells or wells with large interlayer disturbances, the Adopt pressure waiting and setting, generally the pressure is 3~5MpA. 6.1.53
6.1.6 Waiting time shall be in accordance with the requirements of Table 2 to ensure the solidification quality of cement plug. 6.2 Safety requirements
There must be a dedicated person to direct and measure.

Allowable pressure drop
6.2.3 If the cement truck fails during the operation, it should be immediately lifted and the inner pipe column should be lifted to a safe height (or taken out of the well). The operation time from preparing cement slurry to backwashing and starting shall not exceed 50% of the initial setting time. The backwashing well shall not be stopped. 6.2.4
When closing the well for setting, the joint must be sealed without leakage to prevent the cement plug from moving up. 6.2.5

Safety precautions
Qualified cement must be delivered.
SY/T 5587.14-93
Before injecting water filter plug, wash the well and circulate, and reach the inlet and outlet liquid to be qualified. Before injecting cement plug, prepare enough repair and
Before injecting cement plug, the pipe string must be verified (if necessary, test the artificial well bottom). When injecting cement plug, the amount of cement slurry and displacement must be accurately measured. 5)
Tools and utensils must be flexible and easy to use, and placed in order. B)
Before the operation, clarify the division of labor, organize and implement, and command. The operation lifting equipment (drilling rig or well hauling machine) works normally. 8)
9) If the lifting equipment fails during the operation, it should be backwashed immediately. 9. Approval opinion
