This standard is the first revision of JB5333-91 "Electric Wet Grinding Machines". This standard complies with GB3883.31991 "Safety of Hand-held Electric Tools Part 2 Particular Requirements for Electric Grinders, Polishers and Disc Sanders" (idtIEC60745-2-3:1984). This standard adds 4.5.2, 4.5.3, 5.6, 5.7, and modifies 2, 8.1. This standard is compiled based on GB/T1.1-1993 "Basic Provisions for the Compilation of Standardization Work Guidelines".
This standard replaces JB5333-91 from the date of implementation. Unit 1: Drafting and expression rules of standards This standard is proposed and managed by the National Electric Tool Standardization Technical Committee. This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of electric wet grinders. This standard applies to single-phase series-excited electric wet grinders (hereinafter referred to as wet grinders) that use cup-shaped grinding wheels with a safe working linear speed greater than or equal to 30m/s (ceramic bond) or 35m/s (resin bond) to perform water-injected grinding operations on terrazzo plates, concrete, etc. under general environmental conditions.
This standard does not apply to electric angle grinders. 2 Referenced Standards

4 Technical requirements
4.1 General requirements

The outer diameter of the grinding wheel measured in meter is expressed in Arabic numerals. Type A and Type B are expressed as AB, which is immediately followed by the Arabic numerals (specification code)

4.1.1 Wet grinders should be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The wet grinder shall be able to operate at rated speed under the following conditions: a) altitude not exceeding 1000m;
b) ambient air temperature not exceeding 40;
c) relative air humidity not exceeding 90% (25°C). 4.1.3 The wet grinder shall be able to operate at rated speed under a single-phase AC power supply with actual sinusoidal voltage and frequency of rated value. 4.1.4 The rated voltage and frequency of the wet grinder are: a) AC rated voltage: 110, 42, 36V; b) rated frequency, 50Hz.
4.2 Safety of wet grinder
4.2.1 The safety of wet grinder shall comply with the provisions of GB3883.3, except for the provisions supplemented and improved by this standard. 4.2.2 When the power supply voltage of the wet grinder equipped with a grinding wheel is 110% of the rated voltage, its no-load speed shall not exceed the maximum no-load speed specified in Table 1.
4.2.3 The wet grinder shall be equipped with a grinding wheel protective cover that cannot be removed by hand. The protective cover must be made of steel plate or materials of equal strength. It is strictly forbidden to use brittle materials.
If the peripheral linear speed of the grinding head of the wet grinder equipped with a grinding wheel is less than 15m/s when it is running at no load at rated voltage, no protective device is required.
When the wet grinder is subjected to impact test, the grinding wheel and water inlet valve shall be removed. After the impact test, the protective cover is allowed to be deformed without affecting the use. The wet grinder shall be manufactured as a class tool, or designed as a tool that must be used with an isolation transformer with a rated output voltage not exceeding 115V. The isolation transformer used with the wet grinder shall comply with the requirements of Appendix C of GB3883.3. 4.2.6 The power plug of the wet grinder shall be inconsistent with the plug specified in GB1002. 4.2.7 Except for Class I wet grinders, the performance of the wet grinder plug shall comply with the provisions of GB2009.1. The plug of Class II wet grinders should be integral with the power cord, and its insulation should be able to withstand a voltage withstand test with a waveform of an actual sine wave, a frequency of 50Hz, a voltage value of 3750V, and a duration of 1min. No breakdown or surface flashover should occur. 4.2.9 The soft cable or cord connecting the wet grinder to the power supply should comply with the YZW type cable specified in GB5013.4, or use a soft cable or cord with performance not lower than that of the YZW type cable.
4.3 Appearance quality of wet grinder
4.3.1 The outer shell of the wet grinder should have no obvious defects, and the coating should have no delamination or peeling. 4.3.2 The nameplate of the wet grinder should be firmly placed on the shell without curling. Noise

The average value of the wet grinder noise sound pressure level (A-weighted) measured at a spherical surface 1m away from the center of the wet grinder should not be greater than the allowable value specified in Table 3.

Voltage fluctuation and flicker

When the wet grinder is connected to the low-voltage power grid, the voltage fluctuation and flicker values caused shall comply with the following provisions: P. value shall not be greater than 1.0;
P value shall not be greater than 0.65;
The steady-state relative voltage change d. shall not exceed 3%; the maximum relative voltage change dm shall not exceed 4%; the voltage change characteristic value d(t) shall not exceed 3% in 300ms. If the voltage change is caused by a manual switch or the frequency is less than once per hour, P. and Pir shall not be assessed. The steady-state relative voltage change value de, the maximum relative voltage change dmar, and the voltage change characteristic value d(t) shall be multiplied by a coefficient of 1.33. Radial runout of the cylindrical surface of the shaft extension
The radial runout tolerance of the cylindrical surface of the shaft extension of the wet grinder is 0.04mm. 4.7
Commutation spark
The spark under the brush of the wet grinder at rated voltage, no load and rated load should not exceed Level 2 specified in GB/T755. Input power and current

The input power of the wet grinder at rated voltage and rated load should not exceed 120% of the input power value indicated on the nameplate. If the current value is marked on the nameplate of the wet grinder, the current should not be greater than the current value indicated on the nameplate at rated voltage and rated load. The wet grinder shall be able to operate normally after the overtorque test of 1.5 times the rated torque for 15s in the hot state. 4.11
Power cord length
The length of the power cord of the wet grinder from the power cord inlet to the plug (excluding the pins) shall be no less than 4.5m. 5
Test method
Appearance inspection
Inspect the appearance quality of the wet grinder through observation and manual test. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 4.3.
Inspection of radial runout of shaft extension cylindrical surface
The wet grinder is fixed on a rigid support and measured with a dial indicator. The measuring point is the middle position of the shaft extension cylindrical surface. The wet grinder is passed through a low voltage or other suitable method to slowly rotate the shaft extension for 3 cycles. The average value of the difference between the maximum and minimum values of the three times on the dial indicator is the radial runout value of the shaft extension cylindrical surface. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 4.6.
: Commutation spark inspection

The wet grinder is run at no load for 15 minutes at rated voltage. The sparks under the brush are observed when no load and when performing the test in 5.9. During the inspection test, only the commutation sparks at no load are checked. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of 4.7.
5.4 Noise test
The noise test of the wet grinder shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T4583. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.4.
5.5 Measurement of radio and television interference levels The radio and television interference levels of the wet mill shall be measured in accordance with the provisions of GB4343. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.1. 5.6 Harmonic current measurement
The harmonic current measurement of the wet mill shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB17625.1. During the measurement, the wet mill shall run continuously without load with the grinding wheel. The measurement results shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.2.
5.7 Voltage fluctuation and flicker measurement
The voltage fluctuation and flicker measurement of the wet mill shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB17625.2. During the measurement, the wet mill shall run continuously without load with the grinding wheel. The measurement results shall comply with the provisions of 4.5.3.
5.8 Measurement of input power, current and operating parameters The wet mill shall be operated at rated voltage so that the applied torque reaches the minimum value of the rated torque specified in Table 1. If the output power has not reached the minimum value of the rated output power specified in Table 1, continue to increase the load of the wet grinder to make the output power of the wet grinder reach this value (when the rated output power and rated torque specified by the product are greater than the minimum value specified in Table 1, use the same method to load according to the rated output power or rated torque specified by the product).
For Class ■ wet grinders, care should be taken to keep the voltage at the plug of the wet grinder at the rated voltage value during measurement, and the line loss between the plug and the power meter should be deducted from its input power.
The inspection results should comply with the provisions of 3.1 and 4.8. 5.9 Temperature rise test
5.9.1 Apply load
Apply torque at the load determined in 5.8 at the rated voltage. If the input power of the wet grinder is less than the input power indicated on the nameplate, increase the load to make the input power of the wet grinder reach the rated input power indicated on the nameplate. Apply load at the torque under the input power and conduct temperature rise test.
5.9.2 Running time
Under the conditions specified in 5.9.1, the machine shall run continuously until the temperature rise of each part of the wet mill reaches the actual stable state. 5.9.3
Method for measuring temperature rise
After the temperature rise of each part of the wet mill reaches the actual stable state, the temperature rise of the winding is measured by the resistance method, and the temperature rise of other parts is measured by the thermometer method. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.9.
5.10 Over-torque test
When the temperature rise of the wet mill reaches the stable state, increase the torque at the rated voltage so that the output torque reaches 1.5 times the load torque measured in 5.9. The test lasts for 15s.
The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.10.
5.11 Impact test
When the wet mill is subjected to the impact test, the grinding wheel and water inlet valve shall be removed. The test results shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.4.
2 No-load speed inspection
For a wet grinder with a grinding wheel, run it at no-load for 15 minutes at rated voltage, then increase the power supply voltage to 1.1 times the rated voltage and measure the no-load speed of the wet grinder.
The inspection result should comply with the provisions of 4.2.2.
: Inspection of protective cover

Inspect through observation and manual test. If the wet grinder does not have a protective cover, measure its no-load speed at rated voltage during the inspection in 5.12, and then convert it into the linear speed of the outer circumference of the grinding wheel according to the grinding wheel diameter. The inspection result should comply with 4.2.3.
Withstand voltage test of plug of wet grinder of similar structure: Attach metal to the knob on the outer surface of the plug, and then apply 3750V withstand voltage test between the plug pin and the metal box for 1 minute.
The test result shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.8.
5 Power cord length measurement
Measure the length of the power cord from the power cord inlet on the wet grinder to the plug (excluding the pin). The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.11.
5 Rated voltage inspection
Inspect the rated voltage of the wet grinder by visual inspection. The inspection result shall comply with the provisions of 4.1.4 and 4.2.5. 7 Other test methods
When conducting durability test on wet grinder, simulated grinding wheel can be used instead of original grinding wheel. The outer diameter and weight of the simulated grinding wheel shall be basically consistent with the original grinding wheel 5.17.1

3 The remaining test methods not specified in this standard shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding provisions of GB3883.3. 5.17.3
Inspection rules
6.1 Each wet grinder must be inspected and qualified by the quality management department before it can be shipped out of the factory. When it leaves the factory, it should be accompanied by documents proving the quality of the product. 2 The items specified in this standard are type test items, of which those marked with "*" are inspection test items. After the product is finalized, if the structure and materials have not changed, the items marked with "**" may not be carried out in the subsequent type test. Appearance inspection*

7.1.2 The direction of rotation of the grinding wheel of the wet grinder should be counterclockwise when viewed from the shaft extension end, and should be marked in a conspicuous position on the wet grinder with a raised or recessed arrow or other clear and durable method. 7.2 Documents that should be attached to each wet grinder when it leaves the factory 7.2.1 Product certificate
7.2.2 Instructions for use and maintenance
The following contents should be described in the instructions: a) The characteristics and uses of the wet grinder of this model should be explained; b) Except for the Class II wet grinder, it should be emphasized that the wet grinder must be powered by an isolation transformer, and the transformer model or technical parameters of the transformer should be specified;

Warranty period
If the wet grinder is properly transported, stored and used in accordance with the manufacturer's operating and maintenance instructions, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge if it is damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.
8.2 Accessories
When the wet grinder leaves the factory, it shall be accompanied by special tools for disassembling and installing the grinding wheel. 91 The nameplate of the wet grinder shall be marked with the following items: a) Product name (wet grinder);
