Revision Notes
This specification is edited by the former Ministry of Machinery Industry in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission's Document No. 1986450. The specific work of the revision was organized by the Installation Engineering Standard and Quota Station of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and completed jointly with the Ministry's Hefei General Machinery Research Institute, Shaanxi Blower Factory, Shenyang Blower Factory, Shenyang Pump Research Institute and China Machinery Industry Fourth Installation Engineering Company.
During the revision process, the revision group carefully summarized the experience of implementing the original specifications on the construction and acceptance of compressor, fan and pump installation projects, fully investigated and understood the standardization and scientific research achievements of my country's compressor, fan and pump equipment manufacturing industry, absorbed new technologies, new materials and new processes in compressor, fan and pump installation projects, strictly followed the procedures, steps and requirements of the Ministry of Construction for revising standards and specifications, and finally our department reviewed and finalized it together with relevant departments.
This specification consists of five chapters and four appendices. The main contents of the revision are: 1. Axial flow blowers and axial flow compressors have been added. The centrifugal fans have been expanded from small and medium-sized to high-speed large units. The pumps have also been expanded from small integral units to large units disassembled and shipped from the factory, and from normal temperature pumps to high-temperature and low-temperature pumps. Vertical axial flow pumps, guide vane mixed flow pumps, submersible pumps, metering pumps and steam reciprocating pumps have been added, expanding the scope of application of this specification; 2. According to the equivalent manufacturing standards of international advanced technologies recently formulated by the compressor, fan and pump manufacturing industry, the corresponding installation engineering construction and acceptance specifications have been revised: 3. The contents of pump accessory equipment installation, pipeline pressure testing and trial operation have been enriched, and effective construction methods and construction processes have been adopted, such as the inspection and adjustment of the contact traces and contact spots of gear pairs, and the vibration evaluation methods of fans and pumps, and backward construction methods and processes have been eliminated;
4. The measurement units, nouns, terms, etc. have been greatly revised in accordance with the current national standards and the industry standards of compressors, fans and pumps. Engineering Construction Standard Full-text Information System
