Foreword The National Public Security Personnel Management Information Structure System is divided into 2 parts; Part 1: Classification and codes of indicator systems; Part 2: Data structures. This part is Part 1 of GA393. Appendix A of this part is a normative appendix. This part is proposed by the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China. This part is managed by the Computer and Information Processing Standardization Technical Committee of the Ministry of Public Security. Structure System Part 1: Index System Classification and Code This part specifies the index system of the national public security personnel information management system GA393.1—2002 This part applies to the construction of the personnel information management system of the national public security organs, the management of personnel and institutions, and the data exchange between systems. 2 Design and classification principles of the indicator system 2.1 This part determines the indicator system of the national public security personnel information management system based on the needs of the current public security personnel management work, combined with the existing national standards and the relevant standards and specifications of the Organization Department of the CPC Central
