This part specifies the index system of the national public security personnel information management system GA393.1—2002
This part applies to the construction of the personnel information management system of the national public security organs, the management of personnel and institutions, and the data exchange between systems. 2 Design and classification principles of the indicator system
2.1 This part determines the indicator system of the national public security personnel information management system based on the needs of the current public security personnel management work, combined with the existing national standards and the relevant standards and specifications of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Personnel. 2.2 This part is divided into personnel information groups and unit information groups, as well as information sets, information items and information item values ​​according to management functions and objects. 3 Classification and coding method of indicator items
