Main parameters (wind pressure deformation performance) -Type (exposed frame, concealed frame, semi-concealed frame) Variety (frame material) Main name (glass curtain wall, metal plate curtain wall, combined curtain wall) 3.2.2 Model example Symbol explanation: Glass curtain wall; Metal plate curtain wall; Combined curtain wall; Aluminum alloy profile; Colored steel plate profile; -Exposed frame; Concealed frame; Semi-concealed frame; Wind pressure deformation performance classification. Example 1: When the wind pressure deformation performance of aluminum alloy exposed frame glass curtain wall is level V, the model is composed of the following symbols: BQ When the wind pressure deformation performance is level V Aluminum alloy profile Glass curtain wall Example 2: When the wind pressure deformation performance of color plate hidden frame combined curtain wall is level II, the model is composed of the following symbols: ZQ C When the wind pressure deformation performance is level II I -hidden frame Color plate profile Combined curtain wall 4 Technical requirements Glass curtain wall design should be carried out in accordance with JGJ102, and other types of curtain walls such as porcelain plate curtain wall, stone slab curtain wall, etc. can be implemented as a reference. Note: When the curtain wall height is greater than 150m and the earthquake cracking intensity exceeds 8 degrees, structural and seismic tests should be carried out, and it can be adopted only after meeting the design requirements. 4.1 Physical performance The physical performance grade of the curtain wall shall be selected according to GB/T15225 based on the geographical and climatic conditions of the building area, the building height, size and environment, and the importance of the building. 4.1.1 Wind pressure deformation performance Grading shall be carried out based on the safety detection pressure difference P, and the grading index shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. Wind pressure deformation performance classification P1≥5.0/5.0P3224.0/4.0>P,23.0|3.0>P3≥2.0/ 2.0>P3≥1.0Note: The classification value in the table indicates that under the action of this standard value of wind load, the relative deflection value of the main load-bearing rods of the curtain increase should not be greater than L/180 (L-rod length), and its absolute deflection value is within 20mm: If the absolute deflection value exceeds 20mm, the pressure value corresponding to 20mm is used as the classification value. 4.1.2 Rainwater leakage performance The pressure difference P of the previous stage where leakage occurs is used as the classification basis, and its classification index value should comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Grade part Refer to difference IP≥2500 Openable Rainwater leakage performance classification 2500>p ≥1600 1600 >P ≥1000 1000>P Note: When designing, the P value of the fixed part is determined according to the data obtained by dividing the standard value of wind load by 2,25. The grade of the openable part corresponds to the rated part. 4.1.3 Air permeability performance The air permeability of 9 under standard conditions with a pressure difference of 10Pa is used as the basis for classification. The classification indicators should comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 Grading location Openable Air permeability classification Thermal insulation performance m*/ (mh) Thermal insulation performance classification is based on the heat transfer coefficient K. The classification index value should comply with the provisions of Table 4.
