The difference between the maximum value and the minimum value is expressed as the difference. For double-width paper (paper width is greater than or equal to 1596mm), 10 samples of 0.01m2 are cut evenly in the horizontal direction. The measurement method is the same as that for single-width paper. 317 QB/T 1705—1993 4.2 Other quantitative base papers can be produced according to the contract provisions, and their technical indicators are assessed according to the adjacent quantitative. 4.3 The width of the roll is: 788, 802, 880, 1596, 1600 and 1760mm, or as specified in the order contract. The size deviation shall not exceed ±3mm. The diameter of the roll is (780±70)mm or as specified in the order contract. 4.4 The roll paper should be tight, the tension should be consistent across the entire width, the end surface of the roll should be flat, and no scraps of paper or paper strips should be rolled into the paper roll. 4.5 The cut edges of the paper should not have rough edges, jagged edges or cracks. 4.6 The number of joints A, B, C, etc. per roll of paper should not exceed 2, 3, and 4 respectively. The broken paper should be glued and ironed with adhesive, and another layer of paper should not be glued. The width of the joint should not exceed 25mm. The joint must be firmly and correctly connected, and there should be obvious marks at the joint. 4.7 The appearance of paper defects should be visually inspected, and the color of each batch of paper should not be significantly different. 4.8 The fiber structure of the paper should be uniform or in accordance with the paper sample specified in the order contract. The paper surface should be flat, and no folds, wrinkles, spots, holes, streaks, hard blocks, pulp spots and other paper defects are allowed. 4.9 The following conditions may be classified as second-class products, but no more than two of them shall be included at the same time. 4.10 The quantitative value exceeds the allowable error range by less than 2.0%; the full-width quantitative difference exceeds the specified 1.0g/m2; the printed surface strength of grade A products is less than 10% of the specified, and the grade B and C products are less than 20% of the specified; the tear index is less than 10% of the specified. 5 Inspection rules 5.1 Except for the tensile index and printed surface strength, all technical requirements specified in this standard are factory inspection items. In normal production, type inspection shall not be less than once a month. 5.2 The batch is one delivery, but not more than 50t. 5.3 The manufacturer shall ensure that the paper produced meets the requirements of this standard, and a product quality certificate shall be attached to each piece of paper when it is delivered. 5.4 The delivery inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T2828, and the sample unit is the roll. 5.5 The sampling and processing of the samples before inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T450 and GB/T10739. 5.6 The items, sequence and inspection level, sampling plan and acceptable quality level (AQI.) of delivery inspection sampling shall be as specified in Table 2. If the purchaser has any objection to the quality of the products, it shall notify the supplier within three months after arrival (or as stipulated in the order contract) to jointly take samples for re-inspection. If it does not meet the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch nonconforming and the supplier shall be responsible for handling it. If it meets the requirements of this standard, it shall be judged as a batch qualified and the purchaser shall be responsible for handling it. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 6.1 Marking and packaging shall be carried out in accordance with Chapter 4 and Article 6.2 of GB/T10342 or in accordance with the requirements of the order contract. 318 QB/T1705-1993 6.2 Paper should be properly stored to prevent the influence of rain, snow or ground moisture. 6.3 When transporting, use canopied and clean transportation tools. It is strictly forbidden to drop from a height when unloading. 6.4 If the product deteriorates or is otherwise damaged due to transportation or storage that does not meet the requirements of this standard, the person responsible for the loss shall be responsible. Additional notes: This standard is proposed by the Paper Industry Department of the Ministry of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Paper Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by Shanghai Changzheng Paper Mill, Shanghai Paper Research Institute and Shanghai Paper Company. The main drafters of this standard are Su Liqin, Liu Hezhen, Xu Yuezhen, Chen Huizhen and Zhang Hanzhong. This standard refers to the actual measured values of offset printing coated base paper of Japan Prince Company in April 1992. From the date of implementation of this standard, the former Ministry of Light Industry standard QB827-1982 "Offset Printing Coated Base Paper" shall be invalid. 319 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
