Table 1 3.2 The nominal pressure value below 0.1MPa shall be selected according to the R5 number system in GB/T321: The nominal pressure value above 250MPa shall be selected according to the R10 number system in GB/T321 approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on 1999-06-28 and implemented on 2000-01-01 . 4 Speed (or stroke frequency) JB/T 7943.11999 4.1 The speed of the rotary lubrication pump and the stroke frequency of the reciprocating lubrication pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 For tickets with motor drive (without speed change device), the speed value is allowed to adopt the speed of the corresponding motor. The actual deviation of the speed is allowed to be -6.5% of the value specified in Table 2. Nominal diameter The nominal diameter of sealed cylindrical moving parts (pistons, plungers and sliding valves, etc.) in lubrication systems and components shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. Table 3 1 The nominal diameter values in brackets are non-preferred values. 3.0 2 Not applicable to parts with accurate calculated diameters. 4.0 5.2 The nominal diameter values above 50mm shall be selected according to the Ra10 numerical system in GB/T2822. 6 Nominal volume The nominal volume of the oil tank shall comply with the provisions of Table 4. 6.1 JB/T7943.1—1999 1 The nominal volume above 1000L can be measured in cubic meters (m). 2 Not applicable to built-in oil tanks. Nominal volume values lower than 0.4L shall be selected according to the R5 number system in GB/T321; nominal volume values higher than 80000L shall be selected according to the R10 number system in GB/T3216.2 . Connection thread The dimensions of the connection thread between the lubricating element and the pipeline shall comply with the provisions of Table 5. M4 M12×1.25 M36×2 M52×2 M39×2 M56×2 M27×2 M42×2 M60×2 7.2 The taper pipe thread (α=55°) in GB/T7306, the cylindrical pipe thread (α=55°) in GB/T7307 and the 60° national taper pipe thread in GB/T12716 are allowed. 8 Nominal displacement 8.1 The nominal displacement per revolution of the rotary lubrication pump and the nominal displacement per stroke of the reciprocating lubrication pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 6. 8.2 The nominal displacement value below 1.0mL shall be selected according to the R10 number system in GB/T321; the nominal displacement value above 2800mL shall be selected according to the R20 number system in GB/T321, and the values included in the R10 number system shall be preferred. 8.3 In addition to mL, the parameter units may also use the corresponding units specified in JB/T3711.3. 8.4 The actual deviation of the nominal displacement value from the value specified in Table 6 is: -5%~+10% is allowed for lubricating oil, and +10% is allowed for grease. Note: The values in brackets are non-preferred values. Nominal flow JB/T7943.1-1999 The nominal flow values of lubrication systems and components shall comply with the provisions of Table 7. Table 7 (1120) (1400) (1800) (2240) (2800) JB/T7943.1-1999 9.2 The nominal flow rate values below 0.1L/min shall be selected according to the R5 number system in GB/T32I: the nominal flow rate values above 2500L/min shall be selected according to the R10 number system in GB/T321. 9.3 In addition to L/min, the parameter units may also adopt the corresponding units specified in JB/T3711.3. 10 Nominal diameter 10.1 The nominal diameter of the lubrication system and components shall comply with the provisions of Table 8. Table 8 Nominal diameters below 0.1mm and above 400mm shall be selected according to the Ra10 numerical system in GB/T2822. 10.2 10.3The actual inner diameter range of the nominal diameter is shown in Appendix A (suggestive appendix). 11 Oil supply per hole per cycle 11.1The oil supply per hole per cycle of the distributor shall comply with the provisions of Table 9.
