3.4.4 After the valve cover is installed, a strength test is carried out with a filter pressure of Ps-1.3N. The body should not leak for 10 minutes. 3.4.5 The stop valve should be subjected to a wave test. When the valve cover is installed, a hydraulic pressure of P1-1.2P is applied from the bottom of the lubricating disc for 10 minutes. There should be no leakage. When the stop valve is opened, a wave pressure of Pm=1.2RV is applied from the bottom of the valve disc. The positive force is applied for 10 minutes. Then check whether there is leakage at the valve and the valve stem seal. 3.4.6 The stop valve should be tested with a pressure of 1m=PN. Pressure tightness and performance test, when the stop check valve is closed, add air pressure from the bottom of the valve disc, the pressure is 10mm, there should be no moisture leakage. When the stop check valve is opened, the air pressure is added from the bottom of the valve disc at the outlet, the positive pressure lasts for 10min, and then check that there is no leakage at the valve stem seal. 3.4.7 The stop check valve is tested for tightness by reverse air flow, and the pressure is applied from the top of the disc to maintain the pressure IGmin with a test pressure of 10MPa: there should be no leakage under the steel key, and the surface of the stop check valve should be smooth and smooth, and burrs, slag, pits and other defects are not allowed. 4 Quality Assurance Provisions 4.1 Inspection Quality The technical inspection department of the stop check valve manufacturer is responsible for the inspection. The stop check valves submitted for acceptance must meet the requirements of Chapter 3 and Section 5 of this Regulation. CB 590—1995
4.2 Test methods
4.2.1 The stop check valve shall be subjected to hydraulic strength test according to the requirements of GB 600 and shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4.4. 4.2.2 The stop check valve shall be subjected to hydraulic and pneumatic sealing tests in stages according to the requirements of GB 600 and shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.4.: and 3.4.6.
4.2.3 The check valve shall be subjected to pneumatic tightness test according to the requirements of GB 600 and shall comply with the provisions of Article 3.4.7. 5 Delivery preparation
5.1 Packaging
Before packaging, the stop check valve shall be protected. 5.2 Packaging
The stop check valve shall be packed in boxes before leaving the factory. There should be a packing list inside, and the packing list should indicate the following: a. Product name. Standard code; b. Nominal pressure, nominal diameter: g. Number of each box: d. Product certificate number. The product is not allowed to be stored in a flat container. 5.4 Marking The stop mark should be in accordance with the requirements and standards of GR3032. The drawing number, inspection stamp and manufacturer's information should be included.
