If there is a discharge valve at the bottom of the large package, it should have a tight closing feature, the discharge device should always be intact, and any accidental opening should be prevented. 4. Plastic or coated (plated) large packaging used for the first time should provide a report of chemical compatibility test results of more than 6 months. 4.9 When used to transport materials with a closed cup flash point of 60°C or below, or when used to transport powders that are prone to dust explosion, appropriate anti-electricity measures should be taken. For liquid goods with a large expansion coefficient, the reserved volume of the container should be determined according to its expansion coefficient. Solid dangerous goods should be filled to less than 95% of the volume of the large packaging, and the remaining space should be filled or padded as required. 4.11 When liquid or non-volatile gas is used to protect dangerous goods, the liquid or non-volatile gas should be able to effectively ensure the safety of the dangerous goods. 4.12 Dangerous goods shall not leak between the outer surface of the large packaging and the inner and outer packaging. 4.13 Dangerous goods and large packaging in contact with them shall not have any chemical reaction that affects the strength of the container and causes any danger. 4.14 Adsorbent materials shall not have any dangerous chemical reaction with the dangerous goods contained, and ensure that the remaining dangerous goods can be completely absorbed when the inner packaging is broken. 4.15 Shockproof and cushioning materials shall not react chemically with the dangerous goods contained, thereby reducing their shockproof performance. Sufficient cushioning and filling materials shall be provided to prevent the inner packaging from moving. 4.16 The closure of the large packaging shall be tightly fitted with appropriate spacing to ensure that the dangerous goods do not leak during transportation. 4.17 When nails are used for wooden large packaging and fiberboard large packaging, they shall be nailed firmly and shall not protrude. The nail tips that penetrate the container shall be turned upside down and sealed to prevent any chemical reaction or physical change with the contents. The seal should be smooth and firm. 4.18 The inner packaging of large-packaged bags: No matter whether the seal is tied, tied or other types, the contents should not be spilled. I. Pure tie seal: There should be no gas in the bag, the bag mouth is tied with rope, then the bag mouth is folded down, tied with rope twice, and tied tightly. SN/11936.3--2007 6.2 Check whether the selected large packaging is suitable for the nature of the dangerous goods contained in it according to the relevant provisions of SN/11936.2, whether the packaging level of the container is equal to or higher than the level of the dangerous goods contained in it: whether there is a qualified report of performance inspection. 6.3 For the large packaging of dangerous goods mentioned in 4.6.48, check whether there are corresponding certificates and inspection reports. 6.4 Check whether the large packaging containing liquids or liquids meets the requirements of 1.10. 6.5 Extract the liquid protecting the dangerous goods and analyze it to determine whether the protective liquid is sufficient to effectively ensure the safety of the dangerous goods. 6.6 Use a micro gas analyzer to detect the content of qualified gas , determine whether the inert gas can effectively ensure the safety of other dangerous goods. 6.7 Check whether the dangerous goods and the contacting penetration devices, absorbent materials, shockproof and lining materials, ropes, lines and other container additional materials are chemically reacted, affecting their performance. 6.8 Check whether the seals and closures comply with the provisions of 4.16.4.17 and 4.18. 6.9 Check whether the types of dangerous goods contained in large packages comply with the provisions of -1.19. 7 Identification rules 7.1 Enterprises using large packages should ensure that the containers they use comply with the provisions of this part, and the relevant inspection departments shall identify them according to this part. Users of large packages have the right to request acceptance and identification of the received products according to the provisions of this part. 7.2 Identification items: Identify item by item according to the requirements of Chapters 1 and 6 of this part. 7.3 Large packages should be inspected batch by batch based on the order quantity. Judgment rules: Identify item by item according to the requirements of the standard. If one large package fails in each item, the item is judged to be unqualified.
