I 1 Scope Inspection rules, packaging and marking of manual socket wrenches This standard specifies the inspection rules, packaging and marking of manual socket wrenches. This standard applies to manual socket wrenches for installing and removing hexagonal bolts and nuts. 2 Normative references GB/T 3390.5—2004 The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. For any dated referenced document, all subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions are not applicable to this standard. However, parties to an agreement based on this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. For any undated referenced document, the latest version shall apply to this standard. GB/T2828.1 Sampling inspection procedures for attributes Part 1: Sampling plan for batch inspection based on acceptance quality limit (AQL) (ISO 2859-1:1999.IDT) GB/T5305 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of hand tools 3 Inspection rules 3.1 Products must pass the inspection before they can leave the factory, and they must be accompanied by a product certificate. 3.2 The consignee may conduct random inspections on the products in accordance with this standard and the corresponding product standards. 3.3 The acceptance inspection of products shall be carried out item by item according to the secondary sampling plan specified in GB/T2828.1. 3.4 The samples to be inspected may consist of components of the same specifications or of complete sets of products. 3.5 Samples shall be randomly selected from the inspection batch. When the inspection batch is large, a reasonable method may be used to divide it into several small batches or parts, and then randomly select samples from each small batch or part in proportion to the total sample size according to the percentage of each part in the entire inspection batch. 3.6 The non-conforming categories, inspection items, acceptable quality level AQL and inspection level IL of the products shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 1.
