6.1 The insulating tape shall be inspected and accepted in batches and shall have the inspection certificate issued by the production inspection department. 6.2 The maximum number of each batch of insulating tape is 20,000 reels. Products of different specifications can be classified as one batch. 6.3 The appearance quality of the insulating tape shall be 100% inspected according to the serial numbers 3.4.5.6 in Table 4. 6.4 At least 3 reels of samples shall be taken from each batch of insulating tape, and each reel shall be inspected for specifications, size, withstand voltage performance, adhesion performance and items 1, 2, 7, and 8 in Table 4.
6.5 The adhesion performance of the insulating tape after aging and the corrosion performance test on metal shall be inspected regularly, but not less than once a month. Each sample shall not be less than 3 reels, and each reel shall be tested once. 6.6 When the insulating tape is inspected according to the inspection items specified in 6.4 and 6.5, if one of the results is unqualified, double samples shall be taken from the batch of products to repeat the test. If one item or one sample is still unqualified after the retest, the batch of products shall be unqualified. 6.7 The user has the right to inspect the product quality in accordance with the provisions of this standard. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Each insulating tape shall be packed with wax paper or plastic film before packing, and printed with the product name, standard number, trademark, product specifications, manufacturer name, and manufacturing date.
7.2 The insulating tape shall be packed according to the same specifications, and each box shall be accompanied by a product certificate. The packaging box shall indicate: product name, standard code, trademark, product specifications, quantity, batch number, volume weight, manufacturer name, production date and sun protection and moisture-proof marks. 7.3 The manufacturer name, manufacturing date and trademark shall be printed on the paper core of each insulating tape. 7.4 The insulating tape shall be stored at -10~+30℃ and relative humidity not more than 80%, and shall be at least 1.5m away from the heat source. 7.5 The insulating tape shall be stacked at a distance of at least 0.2m from the ground and the wall. The stacking height shall be based on the principle of not crushing the bottom product and ensuring heat dissipation.
7.6 During transportation and storage, the insulation tape should be kept away from direct sunlight, moisture, and should not come into contact with substances harmful to fabrics and rubber.
7.7 Under the conditions specified in 7.4, 7.5, and 7.6 of this standard, the product storage period is 8 months. Additional remarks:
