This standard adopts the following definitions :
Entrained waste
refers to the waste materials that are mixed into imported scrap motors during the collection, packaging and transportation processes and cannot be directly utilized as raw materials (excluding the packaging of imported scrap motors and those in the transportation process) other substances that need to be used). 4 Control standards and requirements
4.1 It is prohibited to mix imported waste motors with entrained waste whose concentration of harmful substances in the leachate exceeds the identification standard value in GB5085.3-1996.
4.2 It is forbidden to mix waste with polychlorinated biphenyl content exceeding the control standard value in GB13015-91 into the waste motor. 4.3 Imported waste motors are prohibited from being mixed with entrained waste whose leachate pH value is ten or greater than 12.5 and equal to or less than 2. 4.4 Radioactive waste is prohibited from being carried in imported scrap motors. 4.5 The radioactive material pollution control indicators in imported scrap motors should comply with the requirements of GB8703-88 regarding the control level of radioactive material pollution on the surface of objects.
4.6 The total weight of the following wastes contained in imported scrap motors shall not exceed one ten thousandth of the weight of imported scrap motors. Approved by the National Environmental Protection Administration on July 29, 1996 and implemented on August 01, 1996
