National Standard of the People's Republic of China Industrial process measurement and ontrol instrument operating conditions-Vibration UDC 681.2:621 -503:534 GB 4439, -84bzxz.net This standard specifies the environmental movement conditions (hereinafter referred to as vibration conditions) to which industrial automation instruments (hereinafter referred to as instruments) are subjected during operation, after installation but not during operation, and during storage. This standard does not apply to instruments during transportation and storage or installed on moving objects. The environmental vibration to which the instrument is subjected may be sinusoidal or random. This standard does not consider random vibration for the time being. The vibration conditions in the product standards of various instruments should be selected from the levels specified in this standard. Examples of selection of severe levels are shown in Appendix A (reference). When the parameter value exceeds the range specified in this standard, the vibration condition belongs to the special vibration condition: at this time, the vibration condition in the product standard is determined by consultation between the relevant parties. 1 Terms and definitions This standard adopts the terms and definitions specified in the following standards: a. GB2422-81 "Terms and Terms of Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electrical and Electronic Products" b. GB2298--81 "Terms and Terms of Mechanical Vibration and Shock". 2 Combinations and representations of vibration conditions The sinusoidal vibration conditions in the locations where various instruments are located are composed of two parts: the severity level of vibration and the time level of vibration. This standard uses the amplitude-frequency curve of vibration to represent the various severity levels of vibration conditions. The amplitude-frequency curve is formed by connecting the constant displacement amplitude line on the frequency domain below the crossover frequency and the constant acceleration amplitude line on the frequency domain above the crossover frequency. The severity level of vibration is related to the following parameters: a, vibration frequency f, unit price Hz, b, displacement amplitude Fs, unit mm c, acceleration amplitude Fa, unit m/s2. The relationship between parameters is as follows: Fs=250F The duration of vibration is expressed as a percentage of the duration of vibration. The duration of vibration refers to the percentage of the total duration of vibration within a specified time. 3 Severity of vibration 3.1 Low frequency vibration (VL) Table 1 specifies the limit values of each level of low frequency vibration in the range of 2 to 150 Hz. Figure 1 shows the corresponding amplitude-frequency curve. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on May 30, 1984 Implemented on April 1, 1985 GB4439-84 Displacement annoyance value below 9 Hz Acceleration amplitude above 89H2 3.2 High-frequency vibration (VH,) Table 2 specifies the limit values of each level of high-frequency vibration within the range of 10 to 10000 Hz. Figure 2 shows the corresponding amplitude-frequency curve. Table 3 Percentage of alarm duration GB443984 Appendix A Selection of vibration severity level (reference) The vibration severity level of the combined vibration conditions in the product standards of various instruments can be selected according to the installation category of the instrument with reference to the table below. Note: "Six" in the figure indicates that this level can be used for this equipment category, 2. The meter installed on the glass frame of the on-site control benefit also includes the meter installed on the main pipeline through the installation structure and directly installed on the mechanical equipment (steam turbine, generator, motor, internal combustion engine electric stop) connected to the meter on the main equipment of the equipment.
