Some standard content:
The appendix is a reminder of the maximum limit of residues of chlortetracycline and the sensitivity of this determination method. The standard is applicable to exported corn and large piles with a height not exceeding 2m. For rice, use a single-tube sampler (2.3.1). For corn, use a 1 m long sampler. Filter the sample using a 2.2-gauge funnel. Flush with a small amount of nitromethane. Place the sample at the inlet of the gas chromatograph (4.3.1) at a temperature of 0.05 m/s. When the energy is measured, use 4 electric suction pipes to filter: transfer the filtrate to a 250 mL separatory funnel.
