The items for factory inspection include: specifications and dimensional deviation, volume density, temperature loss, and appearance quality. The items for type inspection are all items specified in Articles 4.1 to 4.3. Type inspection shall be carried out when one of the following circumstances occurs: 6.3 Test new products: b. c. d. e. Product Transformation; After formal production, there will be major improvements in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance; normal production will last for 1 year; will be discontinued for more than 3 months and restart production. The appearance quality of polytetrafluoroethylene braided packing should be fully inspected, and other items should be sampled for inspection. 6.4 6.5 Products of the same brand and specifications are divided into one batch of 50kg, and products less than 50kg are counted as one batch. During sampling, a sample of sufficient testing quantity is taken from the unit product as a representative of the unit product. 6.6 Articles 4.1 and 4.2 of polytetrafluoroethylene braided packing shall be implemented according to the one-time sampling plan specified in GB2828. Inspection level 1, qualified quality level AQL is 10, and full inspection is adopted in Article 4.3. 7 Marking, Packaging, Storage 7.1 Mark The packaging box of polytetraethylene woven filler should be marked: a. b. c||tt ||d. e.
