Type II (original postal sealing paper) is suitable for lining packaging of general instruments and other commodities. Straight type (original thin glossy paper) is suitable for lining packaging of commodities and can be used as folk paper. QB/T3526—1999 Replaces ZBY32029—1990 3.2 Type I and Type II are divided into three grades: A, B and C according to their quality, and Type I is divided into two grades: B and C according to its quality. 3.3 Thin sheet packaging paper is flat paper with a size of 787mm×1092mm, or as specified in the order contract, the size error shall not exceed ±3mm, and the deflection shall not exceed 3mm. 4 Technical requirements 4.1 The technical indicators of type I thin sheet packaging paper (original thin sheet paper) must comply with the requirements of Table 1. The paper defect rate shall not exceed two items. 4.9 Thin sheet packaging paper with the following conditions may be classified as second-class products, but no more than two items at the same time. The quantitative exceeds the allowable deviation, but is within 7.0% of the standard quantitative. 4.9.1 The tear length is lower than the specified value, within 10% for type 1 and type I, and within 5% for type strict. Whiteness is lower than the specified value by 2.0%. The dustiness exceeds the specified value by 10%. The tear strength of type 1 is lower than the specified value by 5.0mN. 5 Test method The paper size and deflection shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T451.1. 5.2 The quantitative shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T451.2. 5.3 The thickness shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T451.3. 5.4 The tear strength shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T455.1. 5.5 The breaking length shall be in accordance with GB/T453. 5.6 The gloss shall be in accordance with GB/T8941.3. 5.7 The whiteness shall be in accordance with GB/T8940.1. 5.8 The dustiness shall be in accordance with GB/T1541. For the dust inspection of 1.0~~2.0mm2, 10 pieces of paper samples equivalent to 1m shall be taken for inspection. 5.9 The moisture content of delivery shall be in accordance with GB/T462. 5.10 The pre-treatment of the sample shall be in accordance with GB/T10739. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The delivery inspection shall be in accordance with GB/T2828. 6.2 The quantity delivered at one time is a batch, and each batch is 10-~15t.
