This standard specifies the type, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, acceptance rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of dual-chain drawbench.
This standard applies to dual-chain drawbench for drawing ferrous and non-ferrous metal tubes and bars. The compression rate of the cold drawing pass should generally be ≤40%, and the ratio of pipe diameter to wall thickness should be ≤100.
This standard does not apply to double-rope cold drawing machines, hydraulic cold drawing machines, disc cold drawing machines, etc. Cited standards

General requirements
4.1.1 The product shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The product shall comply with the provisions of the general technical conditions for heavy machinery in JB/T5000. 4.1.3 The wearing parts and spare parts of the product shall ensure interchangeability. 4.2 Performance requirements
4.2.1 The product load test shall meet the following requirements: a) All components operate normally, move flexibly, and have no abnormal noise; b) The clamping is flexible and reliable, and the material biting rate: single-wire pulling ≥95%, three-wire pulling ≥90%; c) The pulling trolley shall run smoothly during the pulling process without obvious shaking; d) The rated pulling force allows an instantaneous overload of 1.5 times; e) The speed characteristics shall meet the requirements of stepless smooth speed regulation; The bearing temperature rise does not exceed 40℃:
g) The noise is not greater than 80dB (A).

4.2.2 The manufacturer shall ensure that the user complies with the prescribed storage and use conditions: a) The service life of the main engine before the first overhaul is not less than 10,000 hours; b) The service life of the main chain is not less than 12,500 hours; c) The service life of the whole machine is not less than 30,000 hours
4.3 Technical requirements for main components
4.3.1 Main transmission device
4.3.1.1 The joint surface between the reducer cover and the case body shall be tightly fitted. Use a 0.05mm feeler gauge to check the entire joint surface. The length of the feeler gauge that can be inserted into the joint surface shall not be greater than 1/4 of the length of the joint surface
4.3.1.2 The reducer gears shall use hardened or medium-hardened tooth surfaces with an accuracy of not less than 8-8-7 specified in GB/T10095, and a loading running-in test shall be carried out at the manufacturer. The contact spot on the tooth surface should not be less than 60% along the tooth length and not less than 45% along the tooth height. The operation should be smooth and no leakage is allowed on the joint surface.
4.3.1.3 The couplings connecting the main motor with the reducer and the main transmission sprocket shaft are recommended to use GB/T5014 elastic pin coupling, GB/T5015ZL elastic pin gear coupling and ZLD elastic pin gear coupling. The allowable compensation and technical requirements of the two shafts should comply with their regulations.
4.3.1.4 Main sprocket, chain and main sprocket shaft a) For main sprocket and chain, when the pulling force is ≤400kN, it is recommended to adopt the provisions of GBT1243: when the pulling force is >400kN, the provisions of JB/T9153 or a special design can be adopted. b) The main sprocket and main sprocket shaft are forged parts, and their mechanical properties are made of steel with a rating of not less than 45. c) The main sprocket and main sprocket shaft should be tempered as a whole, and the tooth surface should be annealed, with a hardness of not less than 45HRC. d) The main sprocket and main sprocket shaft should be inspected by flaw detection, and defects that affect the performance are not allowed. e) The sum of the breaking tensile loads of the two main chains shall not be less than 5~6 times the rated drawing force. 4.3.1.5 The symmetry tolerance between the symmetric center plane of the two driving sprockets and the axis of the die drawing hole shall be less than 1mm. 4.3.1.6 The return chain and sprocket of the trolley shall comply with the provisions of GB/T1243. 4.3.2 Bed device
4.3.2.1 The two guide rails of the bed shall be able to be adjusted up and down and left and right. The straightness tolerance of the horizontal and vertical guide rail surfaces within the full length shall not exceed 2mm. The joints of the guide rail surfaces shall be smooth and shall not have steps. 4.3.2.2 The total assembly clearance between the two vertical guide rail surfaces of the bed and the slides on both sides of the drawing trolley shall be 05-1mm within the full length of the guide rails. 4.3.2.3 The symmetry tolerance between the symmetrical center plane of the two inner sides of the vertical guide rail of the bed and the axis of the die drawing hole should not be greater than 0.5mm4.3.3 The die of the die drawing trolley should be easy to replace, and the material should be T8 or T8A, and the overall annealing hardness should not be less than 62HRC. 4.3.4 The template of the die drawing seat device is made of forgings, and its mechanical properties are made of steel with a rating of not less than 45. When the drawing force is ≥200kN, the die sleeve should have an automatic centering function. The die sleeve and the die should be easy to replace. 4.3.5 When drawing with a core head, the position adjustment of the core rod should be convenient, accurate and reliable, and the core rod should be easy to replace. 4.3.6 The electronic control system adopts a thyristor-powered, fully digitally controlled stepless speed regulation system. The operating table should have speed, voltage and current display devices. 4.4 Safety protection
4.4.1 The coupling, pulley and exposed rotating parts are equipped with protective covers, and the main transmission device and the rotating device are equipped with guardrails around them. 4.4.2 Cables and wires are equipped with protective conduits.
4.4.3 Mechanical equipment is equipped with emergency automatic stop switches and safety pins in case of fault conditions, and electrical equipment is equipped with automatic alarm signals and automatic power-off and stop procedures in case of emergency conditions.
4.4.4 Overload protection and interlocking protection devices are set in the program. 4.4.5 Filter devices and lubricant recovery devices are set for process lubrication. 4.4.6 The drawing trolley is painted with black and yellow "tiger skin" diagonal stripes, and the turntable and rotating fork are painted yellow to give warnings. 8
5 Test methods and acceptance rules
5.1 Test methods

5.1.1 The product should be tested at no load in the manufacturer before leaving the factory, and the main engine and auxiliary engine can be tested separately. 5.1.2 The load test and performance test of the product are carried out on site. 5.1.3 The main transmission device, bed, die-pulling seat, drawing trolley and chain are assembled in the factory, aligned according to technical requirements, and positioning pins are placed on the guide rail beam of the bed and marks are made on related parts. The trolley is tested for running-in. The four wheels should contact the two guide rails at the same time, and the movement should be flexible and stable without abnormal phenomena.
5.1.4 Each pneumatic mechanism and pipeline is tested for ventilation at 600-800kPa. The movement should be flexible and no leakage is allowed. 5.1.5 The hydraulic station and piping of hydraulic feeding are assembled in the factory and debugged under no-load. The hydraulic station is not allowed to leak oil. 5.1.6 The drawing trolley is tested for ventilation. The die or clamp is flexible and reliable to open and close. 5.1.7 The main reducer is tested for loading running-in. The forward and reverse rotations are not less than 2h each. The test speed is the maximum design speed. The operation is normal. There should be no periodic impact vibration and abnormal noise. There should be no oil leakage on the shaft heads and joint surfaces, and the temperature rise of each part is normal. The gear contact accuracy meets the requirements.
5.2 Acceptance rules
5.2.1 Products must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer before they can leave the factory, and they must be accompanied by documents proving that the product quality is qualified. 5.2.2 The product shall meet the following requirements after a 2-hour no-load test run and a 4-hour load test run on site. 5.2.2.1 The basic parameters shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 and Table 4. 5.2.2.2 The product performance shall comply with the provisions of 4.2. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Each double-chain cold drawing machine shall be fixed with a product label in the position specified on the drawing. The label shall indicate the following: a) Manufacturer name:

6.2 Random drawings and technical documents:
a) Complete set delivery list and packing list;

6.3.1 The product is sent to the user in the form of components, and the exposed surface should be rust-proof wrapped or oil-sealed. The oil seal is valid for one year. 6.3.2 Motors, chains, belts, spare parts, wearing parts, drawing trolleys and special tools should be packed. Random drawings and technical documents should be packed in plastic bags and sealed, and the words "Documents are in this box" should be marked on the outside of the box. 6.3.3 Product packaging should comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.10 and meet the requirements of railway, water and road transportation. 6.4 Products should be stored flat and stable, at a certain distance from the ground, and should not be piled up. Outdoor storage should be protected from rain, sun and water accumulation. Regular maintenance should be carried out when the storage period exceeds 6 months. 9
