This standard was first issued in 1983. This revision is based on: ① the current status of biogas stove product quality, the development of production technology and the needs of the market and foreign trade; ② to be consistent with GB16410-1996 Household gas stoves). GB/T16411-1996 General test methods for household gas appliances.
The revised standard has made the following important technical changes to the original standard: - Added appearance, low-fire performance, electronic igniter performance, durability and other items and their test methods; - Completed and supplemented the requirements of heat flux plate accuracy, surface irradiance and other items that were missing in the original standard; - Some technical indicators have been adjusted accordingly
- Added sampling and judgment principles to improve the compatibility of inspection and judgment; - The unit of measurement has been changed to the legal measurement unit. From the date of entry into force, this standard will replace GB/T3606-1983. 3.3.1 The rated pressure of the gas before the stove is specified to be 800Pa or 1600Pa. The latest version is preferred.

4.1 Appearance

4.3 Gas consumption (heat flow)

4.4.1 Flame transmission
When one fire hole of the burner is ignited at the rated pressure, the time for the flame to spread to all the fire holes shall not exceed 4$. 4.4.2 Combustion stability

4.8.1 Ignition shall be ignited for more than 8 times out of 10 times, and shall not fail for 2 consecutive times, and there shall be no deflagration. 4.8.2 When the battery voltage is 70% of the rated voltage, it shall not affect the ignition performance of the igniter. 4.9 Surface temperature
The surface temperature of each part of the biogas stove should be less than the following values: a) Parts that can be touched by hands during operation (knobs, etc.): Metal parts room temperature + 25°C Non-metal parts room temperature + 35°C

The combustion noise is less than 65dB, and the flameout sound is less than 85dB. 4.11 Performance
4.11.1 After the gas cock is used for 6000 times, it should meet the gas passage airtightness requirements. 4.11.2 After the electric igniter is used for 6000 times, it should meet the ignition performance requirements. 4.12 Structure
4.12.1 The structure of the biogas stove should be stable and reliable, and there should be no tipping or sliding during use. 4.12.2 The gas path of the biogas stove should be tight and leak-proof, the inner and outer surfaces of the burner should be polished and free of burrs, and the ends of the parts that may be touched by hands during use and cleaning should be smooth.
4.12.3 The valves and air regulating plates of the biogas stove should be flexible and easy to operate, and should not loosen freely once positioned. The "open" and "close" of the valve should have obvious Chinese signs and directions.
4.12.4 Each burner should be able to be ignited with a match. 4.12.5 The pot support of the biogas stove should be able to firmly support the service appliance. When a movable support is used, the adjustment should be convenient, flexible and easy to replace. When a net load of 98.1N (10 kgt) is placed on the pot support, it should not be deformed or damaged. When the stove surface is tested for load, the deflection of the center of the stove surface should be less than 5 mm. Single burner stoves do not have this requirement.
4.12.6 The liquid receiving pan should have an appropriate volume to withstand the cooking liquid. The liquid receiving pan with movable connection should be able to be loaded and unloaded without tools. If the liquid receiving pan is integrated with the stove surface, it should be able to be loaded and unloaded with ordinary tools. 4.12.7 The outer surface and interior of the biogas stove should be easy to clean and repair. 4.13 Materials and surface treatment
4.13.1 Material requirements
a) The piano parts of household stoves can be made of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals or corrosion-resistant materials, and their material requirements should comply with the relevant national standards in force.
b) The nozzle, nozzle seat and liquid receiving pan should use metal materials with a melting point greater than 500°C. c) The burner and pot bracket should use metals with a melting point greater than 700 Metal materials. d) The gas conduit shall be made of metal materials with a melting point greater than 350°C. e) The wall thickness of the cast product shall not be less than 3mm, and there shall be no obvious defects such as casting pores. The wall thickness of the stainless steel product shall not be less than 0.3mm
4.13.2 Surface treatment
Parts made of cast iron and steel shall be electroplated, sprayed, porcelain or other suitable anti-rust surface treatments. 5. Test method
5.1 Laboratory conditions
Laboratory conditions shall comply with the provisions of GB/T16411. 5.2 Test system
The test system shall be equipped with a biogas container with a volume of not less than 5m3 and a pressure regulating device. During the test, the pressure fluctuation shall be less than ±10 Pa.
5.3 Test biogas
The lower calorific value of the test artificial biogas is specified as <21±1) MJ/m (standard volume). 5.4 Test instruments

Ignite the biogas stove at 0.5 times the rated pressure, without placing a pot on the stove, and blow air with a common fan after it burns stably, ensuring that the burner is placed in a uniform wind speed field, and measure its stability under the action of wind with a flow rate of 1m/: when the burner flame is parallel to the stove surface. 5.7.9 Electric igniter performance test
5.7.9.1 The igniter used for the battery should adjust the power supply voltage to 70% of the rated voltage. 5.7.9.2 Under rated pressure, follow the following operating procedures, ignite repeatedly 10 times, and detect the number of ignitions. The operation procedure is to perform several preparatory ignitions in advance. The ignition operation mode and ignition speed are different according to the igniter, and are stipulated as follows: a single-shot piezoelectric igniter is operated once, and the speed is controlled within 0.5 to 1 5 seconds each time; a rotary igniter is rotated once, and its speed is 0.5 to 1 second; a DC power supply continuous discharge igniter is placed in the "ignition" position and stays for 2 seconds as one time. 5.7.10 Surface concentration test
At 1.Ignite the biogas stove at 5 times the rated pressure. After burning for 30 minutes, test the surface temperature of the stove surface, knobs, gas pipe connections, valves, electric igniter shell and wires. 5.7.11 Noise test
5.7.11.1· Combustion noise: Ignite the biogas stove at 1.5 times the rated pressure and measure it at A gear with an ordinary sound level meter at 1m from the front of the stove. The ambient background noise should be less than 40dB, or corrected according to Table 2 in GB/T3768-1996. 5.7.11.2 Flameout noise: Use a sound level meter to test according to the above provisions, read the maximum noise change, and add 5dB to the maximum noise as the test value.
5.7.12 Durability test
5.7.12.1 Plug valve of burning appliance
Use air with the same rated pressure of biogas, when the plug valve is separated from the burning appliance or the plug valve is installed on the burning appliance, open and close the valve at an operating speed of 5 to 20 times per minute, and after 6000 times of testing, conduct an air tightness test. 5.7. 12.2 Electric igniter
Use biogas with rated pressure or air with the same pressure, when the electric igniter is installed on the igniter durability test equipment or on the burning appliance, and operate at a speed of 5 to 20 times per minute, and after 6000 times of testing, conduct an electric ignition performance test. 6 Sampling and inspection
Biogas stoves should be subject to factory inspection and type inspection. 6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 The items of factory inspection are 4.1, 4.2.4.4 and 7.1 of this standard.6.1.2 Products can only leave the factory after being inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and issued with a certificate of conformity. 6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: - new products or old products are transferred to the factory for trial production and identification; - after formal production, if there are changes in structure and material that may affect product performance; - normal production cycle for one year;
when the product resumes production after a long-term suspension;
- when the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection, and the national quality supervision agency proposes a type inspection requirement. 6.2.2 Samples for type inspection are randomly selected from the batch of products that have passed the factory inspection. 6.2.3 The distribution department shall accept and inspect according to the standard. 6.3 Supervision Inspection
6.3.1 Principles for Determination of Defective Products

a) A stove with one Class A defect is called a Class A defective product; b) A stove with two Class B defects or one Class B and two Class C defects is called a Class B defective product; c) A stove with four Class C defects is called a Class C defective product. 6.3.2 Item Classification and Determination Method

Each stove should be equipped with a nameplate in a conspicuous position, indicating the manufacturer's name, trademark, model, rated pressure, gas heat flow and manufacturing date or code.
7.2 Packaging
The packaging should be safe and firm, and should indicate the factory name, product name, model, product weight, external dimensions, moisture-proof, pressure-proof, etc. The packaging should contain the factory inspection certificate and instruction manual. 7.2.1 Cast iron stoves are packaged with local materials. Stainless steel stoves or porcelain stoves are packaged in cartons. 7.2.2 The instruction manual includes the following contents: installation instructions; ignition, flameout and adjustment methods; safety and maintenance precautions, address and contact information.
7.3 Transportation
Severe squeezing and rain should be avoided during transportation, and rolling and throwing are prohibited during transportation. 7.4 Storage
The product must be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse without corrosive gases. The storage stacking shall not exceed 2m to prevent crushing and stacking.
