Enjoy definition 3.1 Cable identification mark Use words, letters, symbols, colors and other marks to mark the manufacturer, product trademark, model, specification, performance, etc. of the wire and cable. 3.2 Insulated wire core identification mark Use Arabic numerals and colors (single color or combination of colors) to distinguish different insulated wire cores of multi-core cables or indicate the functions of the insulated wire cores. 3.3 Standard color is the color specified for the identification mark and is represented by a color palette. 3.4 Color sequence When using color identification for the insulated cores of multi-core cables (more than two cores), the preferred colors (including combined colors) and their sequence rules are specified. 4 General Requirements 4.1 Color Identification 4.1.1 Color Requirements The color of the mark should be able to confirm compliance with or be in accordance with GB6995.2-86 "Wire and Cable Identification Marks" Part 2: A certain color specified in Standard Colors. 4.1.2 Clarity The color of the logo should be easily identifiable or legible. 4.1.3 Scratch resistance logo should be scratch-resistant, and the color should remain basically unchanged after the test. 4.2 Number recognition 4.2.1 Color requirements The carrier should be of the same color; the color of all identification numbers should be of the same color. The color of the marking lines and the markings on the marking tape should be clearly identifiable. 4.4.4 Fastness When cleaning with gasoline or other suitable solvents, the color of the mark should remain unchanged. 5 Test method s.1 The clarity of the mark should be checked visually. When the surface of the sample is contaminated and cannot be identified, the surface of the sample can be wiped with cotton fabric soaked in gasoline or other suitable solvents, or cut with a clean blade. The specimen cross section is inspected. 5.2 For the scratch resistance of the mark, use absorbent cotton or cotton cloth soaked in water, gently wipe it 10 times, and then check visually.
