Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on September 23, 1993 Implemented on July 1, 1994 5 Outer packaging 5.1 Corrugated paper boxes JB/T 7053--93 Corrugated paper boxes shall be selected from double corrugated paper boxes of type 2 BD-2.3 specified in GB6543, and the gross weight of each box shall not exceed 30kg. 5.1.1 The type of corrugated paper box and lining shall be selected by the manufacturer in accordance with GB6543. 5.1.2 The technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of corrugated paper boxes shall be implemented in accordance with GB6543. 5.1.3 Technical requirements for packing 5.1.3.1 Inner packaging Qualified chains, including connecting links or transition links, shall be packed into the box in the specified quantity. 5.1.3.2 The box can be sealed only after it has been inspected and qualified. When sealing, it should be sealed with adhesive tape. 5.1.4 After sealing, the plastic strapping tape should be tightened and tied. The carton should not be damaged when tying. 5.1.5 The plastic strapping tape should be selected in accordance with GB12023. 5.2 Nailed board box (wooden box) 5.2.1 The basic type, material, technical requirements, inspection rules, test methods, etc. of nailed board box should be implemented in accordance with GB/T13384. 5.2.2 Technical requirements for packing 5.2.2.1 Except for adding moisture-proof paper pads inside the wooden box, the rest are the same as Article 5.1.3.1. 5.2.2.2 After packing, it can be sealed with iron nails only after it has been inspected and qualified. 5.2.3 After sealing, two steel belts should be used to tighten the two ends of the wooden box so that the steel belts are properly embedded in the four sides of the wooden box. 5.2.4 The steel belt shall be selected according to the general precision specified in GB4173. 5.3 Calcium plastic tile swing box 5.3.1 The calcium plastic tile box shall be GB6980 B-class box, and the box type shall be the same as Article 5.1.1. 5.3.2 The technical requirements, physical properties, appearance quality, nailing regulations, performance testing, etc. of calcium plastic corrugated boxes shall comply with the provisions of GB6980. 5.3.3 The packing technical requirements of calcium plastic tile boxes are the same as Article 5.1.3. 5.3.4 Tie tightly with plastic strapping tape in accordance with Article 5.1.5, but the calcium plastic tile box shall not be damaged. 5.4 Other forms of outer packaging may be used after consultation and agreement between the manufacturer and the user. 5.5 Chains of the same model and specification shall be loaded into each outer packaging unit. Mixed loading is allowed according to the contract when supplying small quantities and multiple specifications. 6 Transport Packaging Each corrugated paper box, nail board box, calcium plastic corrugated box can be used as a transport unit and sent directly to the user. Large quantities can be transported by wooden boxes, pallets, and containers. 6.2 The type, size, technical requirements, test methods, etc. of wooden boxes, pallets, and containers shall be determined and selected by the manufacturer in accordance with relevant standards. 6.3 6.4 Packing List Each transport packaging unit shall be accompanied by a packing list, and the contents of the packing list shall include: a. Product name and chain number: Manufacturer name: Main technical parameters; Quantity: Factory date. 7 Test methods for packages In addition to the stacking and drop tests according to GB4857.3 and GB4857.5, packages can be subjected to lifting and vibration tests when new packaging is designed or storage and transportation conditions change or users have special requirements. 7.1 Lifting test Lifting tests can be carried out on sliding wooden boxes and pallets, and the test methods are in accordance with GB5398. 7.2 Vibration test JB/T7053-93 Vibration tests can be carried out on packages, and the test methods are in accordance with GB4587.10. 8 Marking of packages 8.1 The receiving and shipping marks of packages shall be in accordance with GB6388. 8.2 The storage and transportation marks of packages shall be marked with "wet-afraid" and "stacking limit" in accordance with GB191.
