Some standard content:

National Standard of the People's Republic of China
Test method for thermal shock resistance of domestic ceramic ware
Standard test method for thermal shock resistance of domestic ceramic ware1 Subject content and applicable scope
This standard specifies the sampling requirements, test conditions and test procedures for thermal stability of domestic ceramic ware. This standard is applicable to the thermal stability test of domestic porcelain, ware and porcelain. 2 Method summary
GB/T 329891
Replaces GB3298-8#
This standard adopts the thermal expansion method to test the crack resistance of the product, that is, after the sample is heated at a specified temperature and kept warm for a certain period of time, it is quickly put into 20°C water to cool and observe whether the sample has cracks or damage. 3 Equipment and tools
3.1 An electric heating device (300°C) that can control the temperature to ±5°C. 3.2 A water container is placed near the electric heating device. 3.3 A working precision glass temperature gauge. 3.4 Sample basket.
3.5 Red ink bottle.
4 Sampling regulations
4.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations of various product standards. 4.2 Among the samples to be tested, ten pieces shall be randomly selected as samples (five samples in a group). 4.3 The samples shall not have defects such as cracks and breakages. 5 Test conditions
5.1 The test temperature shall be selected in accordance with the quality requirements of various product standards. 5.2 The samples shall be placed in the sample basket with their mouths facing the side and shall not overlap each other. 5.3 The sample basket shall be placed in the temperature uniformity zone of the electric heating equipment, and the difference in this zone shall not be greater than ±5°C. 5.4 After the sample basket is placed, the electric heating equipment shall return to the selected temperature within 15 minutes. 5.5 The water temperature shall be 20±2°C. The ratio of water weight to sample weight is about 8:1. After the sample is put into the water, the water surface shall be at least 20mm higher than the sample, and the water temperature shall not increase by more than 4°C.
6 Test steps
6.1 Place the sample basket containing 5 samples (large products can be placed in a single piece) into the electric phase heating device that has reached the selected temperature. After the temperature rises, keep it warm for 30 minutes.
Approved by the State Administration of Technical Supervision on April 28, 1991 and implemented on February 1, 1992wwW.bzxz.Net
GB/T 3298-91
6.2 After the sample is kept warm, take out the sample basket, quickly put it into water within 15 seconds, and soak it for 10 minutes. 6.3 Take out the sample, dry it with a cloth, apply red ink, and check for cracks. Recheck it again after 24 hours. 7 Test results
If two or more of the five tested samples have cracks, do not repeat the test; if one has cracks, take another five samples and retest them.
Products that meet the quality requirements of the product standard according to this method are qualified. Test report
The report should include the following contents:
Specimen name (type, specification),
Number of specimens, test temperature, test times: Number of cracks each time, crack location and length (mm): Sample delivery date, test date, test personnel. Additional remarks:
This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Light Industry of the People's Republic of China. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Ceramic Standardization Center. This standard was drafted by the Ceramic Research Institute of the Ministry of Light Industry. The main drafter of this standard is Pan Zhisun.
