This standard specifies the general inspection requirements for heavy machinery products (mainly including smelting, rolling, heavy forging, continuous casting, mining machinery and other machinery), parts, accessories and purchased raw materials. All product national samples, technical documents and ordering technical requirements without special requirements shall comply with the provisions of this standard. This standard does not apply to pressure vessels.

4.1 Raw materials

5.1 The formats of product quality certificates, product quality certificates and product inspection reports specified in 4.44.11 shall be implemented by the supplier in accordance with relevant standards.
5.2 Types of product quality inspection records:
a) Main parts inspection records (including flame cutting parts, welding parts, castings, plated parts, and machining parts): b) Chemical composition and mechanical properties of parts , metallographic structure, non-destructive testing inspection report; JB/T5000.1-1998
c) Quality certificate and certificate of quality for raw materials, accessories, seals, and coating products; d) Assembly and commissioning inspection report.
5.3 Product quality inspection records shall be filled in and summarized by the quality inspection department of the OEM, and a product quality file shall be established. 5.4 According to the requirements of the order contract, product quality inspection records may be provided to the user as an attachment to the product quality certificate. 5.5 The items that the user participates in joint inspection should be specified in the contract, and the manufacturer should notify the user in advance of the schedule of the joint inspection project.2 Types of product quality inspection records:
