1 Purpose National Standard of the People's Republic of China Basic environmental testing procedures for electric and electronic productsTest: inclinations and motionsUDC 621. 3 :620.178.3 GB2423.31--85 To determine the working adaptability and (or) structural integrity of components, equipment and other products in the ship's inclination and swaying environment. 2 General description 2.1 The inclination environment described in this standard is generally caused by marine casualties, maneuvering, unbalanced loading and wind of the ship. Inclination includes pitch and heel. The swaying environment described in this standard is generally caused by the ship being subjected to external forces such as wind and waves. Swaying includes pitch, roll, bow, sway, sway, heave and their coupled motions. Roll, pitch and yaw refer to the alternating angular displacement motion of a ship around its longitudinal, transverse and vertical axes. Surge, sway and heave refer to the reciprocating displacement motion of a ship along its longitudinal, transverse and vertical axes. 2.2 The relevant standards shall specify whether the test sample is in the working state during the test according to the actual use conditions. The relevant standards shall clearly specify the test qualification requirements for the test samples. 2.3 The tilt test can be carried out on a sway test bench or bench. The sway test should generally be carried out on a string-stopped sway test bench that can simulate one or several ship sway forms. For products with random sway test requirements, the test severity level shall be specified by the relevant standards. 3 Test conditions The tilt test is divided into two forms: longitudinal tilt and transverse tilt. The sway test is divided into six forms: longitudinal tilt, transverse tilt, yaw, sway, sway and heave. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant standards, generally only longitudinal and transverse tilt tests and longitudinal and transverse sway tests are carried out. 3.1 Characteristics of the swing test bench When the tilt test is carried out on the swing test bench, the test bench should be able to stably maintain the specified position under its maximum test load, and no obvious shaking and drifting should occur. The swing test bench should be able to simulate at least one form of ship swing, usually roll and (or) pitch. In addition to meeting the requirements of 3.1.1, 3.1.2 and 4 of this standard, its swing amplitude and period should be adjustable at will. When a swing test bench cannot meet the swing test form required by the relevant standards, it is allowed to rotate the installation direction, replace the test bench or use the method approved by the relevant department to carry out the test. 3.1.1 Characteristics of the sinusoidal swing test bench The swing waveform generated by the sinusoidal swing test bench after the test sample is installed should be a continuous and smooth sine wave. Its waveform distortion should be less than 15%. The swing amplitude tolerance of the test bench is ±10%, and the period tolerance is ±5%. Issued by the National Bureau of Standards on May 15, 1985 Implemented on February 1, 1986 3.1.2 Characteristics of random swing test bench GB2423.31—85 The characteristics of random swing test bench are specified by relevant standards. 3.2 Measurement system When conducting swing test, the swing amplitude and period of the swing test bench should be monitored by direct vision or other instruments. 3.3 Installation The test sample should be installed on the test bench surface directly or through a mounting frame in a form sufficient to enable the test sample to withstand the specified test conditions, according to the actual ship installation method or the installation method specified in the relevant standards. When there are several installation methods, the method that may withstand the most severe conditions should be selected or several installation methods should be tested. The rigidity of the mounting frame should be sufficient to ensure that during the application of the test conditions, the mounting frame will not be significantly deformed due to the weight of the test sample and the additional inertia force formed by the swing. The additional mass and constraints of the test sample caused by the external connections required for testing, monitoring and to ensure the operation or power supply of the test sample during the test should be kept to a minimum or as similar as possible to the actual installation. Equipment with shock absorbers should generally be tested together with the shock absorbers during actual installation. 4 Severity level The severity level of the tilt test is determined by two parameters: the tilt angle and the test duration. The severity level of the sinusoidal swing test is determined by three parameters: the swing angle (pitch, roll, yaw) or the linear acceleration amplitude (swing, sway, vertical swing), the swing period and the test duration. The severity level of the tilt test and the sinusoidal swing test should generally be selected from Table 1 and Table 2. If there are special requirements, they can be specified in the relevant standards. The severity level of the random (irregular) swing test is specified by the relevant standards. During the test, the necessary performance tests shall be carried out according to the relevant standards. The test sequence is tilt first, then swing, longitudinal first, then transverse. When the relevant standards specify that a composite test of several swing forms is to be carried out, the relevant standards shall specify the test severity level and corresponding test parameters of each swing form, and give reasonable coupling. 5.3 Final inspection Carry out appearance inspection and mechanical and electrical performance inspection on the test samples according to the relevant standards, and then evaluate the test results. 6 Contents that relevant standards should include When the relevant standards quote this test method, the following relevant contents should be included: type, form and sequence of tests, installation method of test samples, severity level of test and corresponding test parameters, c the state that the test samples should maintain during the test; e. items and requirements for initial inspection; inspection and requirements for test samples during the test; final inspection items and requirements, test qualification requirements.
