5.1 Environmental condition test

5.3.1 Environmental requirements

5.3.2 The static torque calibration method is as follows:
a. Install the torque sensor to be tested on the static calibration platform, set the torque meter coefficient switch to the calibration coefficient value, adjust the standard loading force arm of the static calibration platform, tighten the balance block, adjust the zero switch of the measuring instrument, and make the torque meter digital display zero. b. Before the formal calibration, the sensor to be tested is preloaded three times, each time from zero to the rated value, and then from the rated value to zero. c. Divide the rated value range of the instrument to be tested into ten points, load point by point until the rated value, and then reduce the load from the rated value to zero point by point. Do not unload when loading, and do not load when unloading. Repeat the forward and return strokes three times and record the readings at each point. 5.3.3 The calibration method for torque error caused by speed change is as follows: a. Install the torque sensor to be tested and the torque meter on the speed calibration platform. b. Divide the working speed range of the sensor to be tested into ten points, adjust the torque meter zero switch to make the torque meter digital display zero, then increase the speed point by point to the rated value, and then reduce the speed point by point from the rated value to zero, repeat twice and record the torque and speed readings of each point of the torque meter. 5.3.4 Speed ​​calibration method is as follows:
