5.2.1 Overview

in cross-border In e-commerce, traceability service providers can provide traceability services such as full supply chain traceability, manufacturer traceability, and trader traceability based on traceability needs and product quality risks. They can also provide traceability services in other links based on the specific traceability needs of the traceability demander. 5.2.2 Full supply chain traceability
Trace back the source, use, and location of the product from downstream to upstream, involving all supply chains of the product including raw material supply, production at the place of origin, overseas procurement, warehousing and logistics, port customs clearance, sales, etc. Link, applicable to products that need to be traced to the most upstream of their supply chain (such as the main origin or source of main raw materials), can be applied to products with higher quality risks in cross-border e-commerce. 6 Traceability information content
6.1 Product information
Information generated during the production and processing stage mainly includes raw material/component information, production information, product feature information and product coding information, including:
Raw and auxiliary material/component information: information about the main raw materials or components or auxiliary materials of the product Production information: information related to product production and processing; - Product feature information: information related to the product's own attributes and quality certification; - Product coding information: information about the unique coding identification of the product in the global supply chain 6.2 Transaction information
Information generated when cross-border e-commerce products are traded, including market procurement information and platform sales information. Among them: Market procurement information: transaction information generated by cross-border e-commerce merchants purchasing products in large quantities from manufacturers or suppliers in the market;
- Platform sales information: information generated by transactions such as orders and payments between cross-border e-commerce merchants and consumers 6.3 Logistics information
Information generated by various logistics activities such as transportation, storage, loading and unloading, handling, packaging, circulation processing, and distribution of cross-border e-commerce products from the supply place, mainly including transportation information, warehousing information, and distribution information, among which: Transportation information: relevant information contained in the process of transporting products from one place to another using special transportation equipment; Warehousing information: relevant information contained in product warehousing, storage, and outbound activities; Distribution information: relevant information contained in the process of product selection, processing, packaging, segmentation, assembly, etc. 6.4 Customs clearance information
Information generated when cross-border e-commerce products handle import and export customs clearance business, including customs and other port agencies’ customs clearance status information, tax payment information, release information, etc.
7 Requirements for parties involved in traceability information
7.1 Overview
Chaoyuan information stakeholders mainly include traceability demanders, traceability information providers, traceability service providers, and Chaoyuan information users: Traceability demanders refer to organizations or individuals that put forward traceability requirements; a)
b) Traceability information providers refer to those who participate in traceability activities, The organization or individual that provides the corresponding traceability information according to the traceability needs can be the participants of each node of the traceability activity;
c)
The traceability service provider refers to the organization or individual that collects and processes product traceability information through the traceability information platform and provides traceability information services. It can be the participants of each node of the traceability activity or a third-party organization; d) The traceability information user refers to the organization or individual that directly uses the traceability information for the development of product traceability activities, product quality supervision or product quality information query in the traceability activities. 4

2 Requirements for traceability information providers

In cross-border e-commerce, product traceability information providers should comply with the requirements of Chapter 7 of GB/T36061-2018. 7.3 Requirements for traceability service providers
The requirements for product traceability service providers in cross-border e-commerce are as follows:a) A traceability information management system should be established to collect, review, update and dispose of traceability information of imported and exported products; an inspection/verification management system should be established to provide product traceability services;b)

should have the technical ability to provide product traceability information and on-site verification services to traceability demanders;d)
should establish a channel for collecting feedback on traceability resultse)
should have the ability to collect information, exchange and share information, select traceability methods, query and statistically analyze information, and feedback traceability results.
8 Traceability information management requirements
8.1 Requirements for information coding and identification
The coding and identification of traceability information of imported products shall comply with the requirements of 8.2 of GB/T36061-2018. The coding and identification of traceability information of exported products shall comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region of destination of the product. Imported and exported products can use one-dimensional barcodes, two-dimensional barcodes, radio frequency tags and other methods as the identification carrier of the traceability code. At least one traceability code should be affixed to each batch in this way; the traceability code can also be displayed through electronic order query and other methods. The traceability code of imported and exported products should be assigned when the traceability unit is generated and affixed before shipment from the place of origin. Imported products should be affixed before inspection and release by the port inspection agency.
8.2
Requirements for information collection
8.2.1 General requirements
The layout of information collection points should be reasonably planned to meet the traceability requirements. The information collection process should be independent and fair.
Information collection should ensure the timeliness of information. Information collection records and source evidence should be properly preserved. 8.2.2 Content requirements
Requirements for the content of traceability information collection include: - Mandatory: indicating that the information must be collected when this traceability method is selected; - Optional: indicating that the information can be voluntarily collected based on the actual situation when this traceability method is selected. The requirements for information collection in different traceability methods are shown in Table 1. 5

The traceability information platform displays the traceability information externally, and the information display is in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T32703. The traceability information platform sets the query period and authority for the display of traceability information, and when being queried, it can display the quantity of this batch of products and the number of times it has been queried.
8.4 Requirements for information sharing
The sharing of traceability information of imported products shall comply with the requirements of 8.3.2 of GB/T36061-2018. The sharing of traceability information of exported products shall comply with the laws and regulations of the country or region of destination of the product. 8.5 Requirements for information preservation
The preservation of traceability information shall comply with 8.3.1 requirement. Traceability information should meet regulatory requirements such as access and evidence collection by government regulatory authorities. Traceability information should be backed up regularly.
Traceability information storage should use optical disks, magnetic disks, electronic equipment, cloud storage, etc. Various media storing information should take corresponding protective measures to prevent theft, destruction and damage; data that needs to be deleted and destroyed should have effective management and approval procedures to prevent information from being lost or illegally copied. Corresponding technical means should be adopted to ensure data security and prevent data from being illegally leaked and tampered with. 6
