Use microscope and mesh eyepiece micrometer to enlarge and divide the stains and de-inking, and calculate their area according to the number of grids occupied by the stains and de-inking. Compare the area value obtained in a with the area value specified in the national barcode standard used for the sample. b. 6.4 Bar (blank) reflectivity 6.4.1 Measuring conditions The measuring conditions shall comply with the national barcode standard used for the sample under inspection. 6.4.2 Measuring instruments Use instruments that meet the requirements of clause 6.4.1. 6.4.3 Measuring steps 6.4.3.1 Instrument calibration. 6.4.3.2 Place a substrate under the sample. The substrate should be a diffuse reflective material with a reflection density of more than 1.50 and no spectral selectivity. 6.4.3.3 Take five measurement positions evenly in the longitudinal direction of the bar code character bar, and measure the reflectivity of each bar (space) from the start symbol to the end symbol one by one. Repeat the above steps for each height position. 6.4.4 Data Processing 6.4.4.1 Take the maximum value of the reflectivity of each bar and the minimum value of the reflectivity of each space at the same height position as the reflectivity of the bar (space) at this height position. 6.4.4.2 Take the maximum value of the reflectivity of each bar and the minimum value of the reflectivity of each space at five different height positions as the reflectivity of the bar (space) of the bar code symbol. 6.5 Printing Contrast (PCS Value) The printing contrast (PCS value) is calculated according to formula (1). Where: RL is the reflectivity of the space in a barcode; Rp is the reflectivity of the bar in the barcode. 6.6 Bar (space) size error 6.6.1 The measurement conditions are the same as those in 6.3.1. 6.6.2 Measuring instrument GB/T 14258-93 Length measuring instrument with a minimum graduation value of 0.01mm. 6.6.3 Measurement steps (1) Evenly select five measurement positions in the longitudinal direction of the barcode character bar, measure the size of each bar (space) one by one from the start symbol to the end symbol, and repeat the above steps for each height position measurement. 6.6.4 Data processing 6.6.4.1 Take the maximum and minimum values of the size errors of each bar (space) at the same height as the maximum and minimum values of the size error of the bar (space) at this height. 6.6.4.2 Take the maximum and minimum values of the size errors of each bar (space) at five different height positions as the bar (space) size error of the bar code symbol. 6.7 Blank area size Measure with a steel ruler with a minimum graduation value of 0.5mm under the light source specified in Article 6.3.1. 6.8 Bar height Measurement method is the same as Article 6.7. 6.9 Number and letter size Measurement method is the same as Article 6.7. 6.10 Check code Check according to the calculation method specified in the national bar code standard used by the sample. 6.11 Decoding correctness Check the result of reading the bar code symbol with the bar code reading equipment with the visual character. 6.12 Magnification factor The measurement method of the bar code length size is the same as Article 6.7, and the magnification factor is calculated according to the definition of Article 3.4. 6.13 Printing thickness Measure with a thickness gauge with a minimum graduation value of 0.01mm or an instrument of equivalent accuracy under the light source specified in clause 6.3.1. 6.14 Printing position Visual inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T14257. 7 Inspection report The inspection report shall be determined according to the inspection content of the sample. The inspection report of the general commodity bar code symbol is shown in Appendix A. The inspection report format of other types of bar code symbols is shown in Appendix A. 8 Sampling This standard is sampled in accordance with the national standard GB2828. 286 Sample name Inspection unit Printing carrier Inspection date Inspection compliance standards Test results 1.
