If the hardness value does not meet the requirements of Table 3, then 100% of the batch of blades shall be hardened (each batch consists of precision forgings of the same smelting furnace number, the same heat treatment furnace or the same heat treatment furnace continuous furnace). 4.4.2 In each batch of blades with qualified hardness, take the blades with the highest and lowest hardness values, a total of 2%. But not less than 2 pieces. When the batch is less than 10 pieces, it is allowed to select one piece with the highest or lowest hardness value and send it for mechanical property inspection. 4.4.3 Take one tensile and two impact longitudinal specimens from the root of the selected blade. Large blades are allowed to take samples on the rough surface to take mechanical property specimens. If necessary, two pieces of blades with the same hardness can be taken from small blades to prepare a set of longitudinal specimens. It is not allowed to take samples from the blades by hot processing. 4.4.4 If a certain performance is unqualified. It is allowed to re-inspect the batch of blades in sections according to the hardness value. At this time, the batch of blades should be 100% hardened or double specimens should be taken for re-inspection (allowed to include the first test blade. Or take samples from the blades with the same hardness as the first test). Pieces with unqualified mechanical properties are allowed to be re-heat treated. However, the total number of quenching times shall not exceed three times (tempering times are unlimited). If the mechanical property test is still unqualified, the batch of blades shall be scrapped. 4.5 Take a longitudinal specimen from the root of the selected blade (can be cut from the impact test). Conduct microstructure and grain size inspection. 4.5.1 The microstructure should be uniform tempered troostite. The inspection method is in accordance with YB28. 4.5.2 The grain size is generally level 5, but not less than level 4. The inspection method is in accordance with CB 6394. 4.6 The chemical composition of the precision forgings is based on the chemical analysis results of the material inspection. Random inspection can be carried out when necessary. 4.7 After grinding, correction and finishing, the tolerance of the profile part of the precision forgings shall comply with the provisions of Table 3. 4.8 The allowance and tolerance of the processed parts such as the blade root of the precision forgings shall be in accordance with the drawings. Magnetic particle inspection Magnetic particle inspection is carried out on the entire surface of each precision forging. The inspection results shall comply with the provisions of ZBK54023. The magnetic particle inspection method is carried out in accordance with the magnetic particle inspection method for steam turbine blades in ZBK54002.
