Non-steel , iron metal parts and stainless steel parts;
chromium, nickel, silver, tin and other parts;: sliding parts, mating parts, sealing surfaces, contact surfaces, threaded surfaces, etc., signs and steering plates.
Unless there are special requirements, auxiliary accessories such as prime movers and valves will not be repainted. 3.1.3
3.2 Surface pretreatment
Oxide scale, rust, oil stains and other attachments on the surface of the base metal should be removed before painting. Surface pretreatment is divided into three levels: A, B, and C (see Table 1).

3.3.2 The ambient temperature should not be lower than 5℃, and the relative humidity It should not be greater than 70%. If the relative humidity is greater than 70%, an appropriate amount of moisture-proof agent should be added to the coating to prevent the coating film from turning white.
3.3.3 Strict fire prevention, explosion prevention and virus prevention measures should be taken to ensure safety. 3.4 Painting
3.4.1 Apply primer within 2 hours after passing the surface pretreatment inspection, with a paint film thickness of 0.02~0.04mm. Primer viscosity, drying time, adhesion, etc. should comply with the provisions of Table 2, Table 2

The surface of the last layer of cane should be flat, smooth, hard, matte, and powder-free. The putty consistency and drying time should comply with the requirements in Table 2. 3.4.3 Two coats of topcoat should be applied, and the last coat of topcoat should be applied after the product performance test passes. The film thickness of each topcoat is 0.015~0.04mm.
The viscosity, drying time, gloss, and adhesion of the topcoat should comply with the requirements in Table 2. 3.4.4 During the coating process, the pretreated base metal surface or the undried coating surface should be free from soil, water droplets, oil, dust and other dirt.
Parts where the paint film is prone to thinning, such as corners, ends, welds, etc., should be partially painted to obtain a uniform film thickness, 3.4.5

Surfaces that are difficult to paint after assembly should be painted before assembly: the coating should be even and there should be no brush marks, Defects such as shrinkage, blistering, peeling, wrinkling, sagging, pinholes, floating color and bleeding. The boundary line between the two colors of the paint film should be clear.

The mark with the word "笠" is painted with red topcoat, and the word "Zun" should be eye-catching and clear. Non-steel, ferrous metal, and stainless steel parts attached to the pump body can also be painted with the same color as the pump body. After painting, care should be taken to protect the paint film and keep the surface clean to prevent oil stains and scratches. See Table 3 for unprocessed outer surface coating.
