Key points for reviewing drawings of professional manufacturers of containers and heat exchangers HG/T20701.6-2000bZxz.net Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the general requirements and key points for reviewing drawings of manufacturers by the professional department of containers and heat exchangers, and is applicable to quality assurance work. 2 General The drawings submitted by the manufacturer should be reviewed and signed by the design department of the manufacturer at each level, otherwise they should be returned. 2.0.1 2.0.2The personnel participating in the review of the manufacturer's drawings should be familiar with the requirements of the engineering design requirements and the requirements of the relevant equipment purchase order or technical specification and its attachments, and are generally the original designers and reviewers in the engineering design. 2.0.3Before accepting the drawings of the manufacturer, it should first be ensured that the equipment schematics (equipment engineering drawings) and/or data sheets proposed by this profession and provided to the manufacturer for use have been finally reviewed and signed. 2.0.4 The manufacturer should be emphasized that the review work of the design unit is a general review, which is to give opinions or express approval on whether the equipment design it carries out meets the requirements of the buyer, rather than approval. The manufacturer shall bear all the responsibilities for designing and manufacturing the equipment according to the requirements of the order contract. 3 Review content and procedures 3.0.1 Review the engineering number, equipment position number, complete order number (contract number), and user name on each drawing. 3.0.2 Review whether the drawings correctly use the design, manufacturing specifications and standards adopted in the order contract, and whether they meet the requirements of the general technical regulations, engineering standards, and instructions for related equipment. 3.0.3 Review whether the materials used in each component of the equipment meet the requirements. 47 3.0.4 Review whether the main dimensions and other important dimensions that affect the normal operation of the equipment meet the requirements of the latest version of the equipment diagram (equipment engineering drawing) submitted to the manufacturer. For heat exchangers, the number of shells, tube specifications, number, arrangement spacing, number of baffles, cutting area, flow channel layout, anti-collision plates, etc., as well as the design that affects fluid resistance and heat transfer effect should also be reviewed to see if they meet the requirements. 3.0.5 Review whether all tests and special inspections required to be supplemented, such as X-ray, ultrasonic, magnetic powder, liquid penetration testing, corrosion testing, etc., have been correctly expressed (including inspection proportions, location determination, and quality assessment standards, etc.). 3.0.6 Review whether the specifications, standards, regulations, calculation formulas or methods used in equipment calculations are correct; whether the data used in the calculation book are correct; whether the units of various data meet the requirements of the calculation formula. Review whether the calculation content of the equipment is complete and correct; whether the data selected for calculation and the calculation results are consistent with the drawings. Review whether all components and reinforcement structures are reasonable: whether the installation of internal parts and whether the removable internal parts can enter and exit from the manhole. 3.0.7 Review whether the venting and discharge facilities and locations meet the requirements. 3.0.8 Review whether the type and position of the overall and component lifting devices of large and medium-sized equipment have been correctly indicated. Review whether the specifications of the pipe, flange type, pressure level and connection surface type, design pressure, design temperature and other data are consistent with the requirements of the latest version of the equipment schematic (equipment engineering drawing) provided to the manufacturer. Review whether the weld structure is correct; whether the position of the weld meets the requirements; whether the selected welding materials meet the requirements. 3.0.12 Review other relevant matters, such as: the integrity of the proposed design drawings and materials; the position and protruding height of the pipes of the overlapping equipment; the flange type and connection gaskets between the equipment; the center and protruding height of the support; the interchangeability requirements of the heat exchanger tube bundle, etc. Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
