This standard is a revision of JB/T53532-94 "Rotary Drum Dryer Product Quality Grading". Compared with JB/T53532-94, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: the contents of "evaporation intensity" and "heat consumption" in the original standard of the whole machine performance have been deleted; the requirements of "whole machine no-load noise" have been added to the whole machine performance; the assembly requirements of "transmission device" and "support device" have been added to the assembly requirements; the quality requirements of simplified welds have been added to the main parts processing quality inspection items. The product standard based on this standard is JB/T8852.22000 "Rotary Drum Dryer". This standard replaces JB/T53532-94 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Mining Machinery. The drafting unit of this standard: Chengde Conveyor Group Co., Ltd. The main drafters of this standard: Liu Guoqin, Li Changshan, Liu Chunbo, Guo Ming. This standard is applicable to the assessment of the quality grade of rotary drum dryer products with inner diameters of Φ1.0m, Φ1.2m, Φ1.5mΦ1.8m, Φ2.0m, Φ2.2m, Φ24m, 2.8m, Φ3.0m, Φ3.2m, Φ3.4m and Φ3.6m. 2 Referenced standards

The quality grade of the product is determined according to the adopted standards, the technical level of the product, the inspection of the finished product, the quality inspection during the production process and the user's evaluation opinions. It is divided into two grades: qualified products and first-class products. 3.1.1 Qualified products

5.1.2 Samples in the production process: One unit is selected from the qualified parts in the warehouse. If there are not enough parts, the whole machine can be disassembled for inspection (the parts of large products can be based on the inspection record of the current product process). 5.2 Judgment rules
5.2.1 All test items are only allowed to be inspected and evaluated in sampling. If any item is unqualified, it is not allowed to be doubled for inspection. 5.2.2 During the testing process, the following situations will be judged as unqualified items: 8

a) Items that should be inspected are not inspected (the main items between processes can be checked according to the original inspection records); b) Physical properties, chemical properties, flaw detection and other items of materials cannot be tested on site and there are no original records or test reports. 5.3 Evaluation results
5.3.1 Based on the actual measured results of the product, four indicators should be calculated: a) Qualification rate of finished product inspection items:

According to the lowest grade of the actual measurement results, the quality grade of the whole batch of products has been determined. For a batch of products with a certain grade, the grade of each product should not be higher than the grade set for the batch. 9
