This standard was first issued in 1992. 1 Scope Machinery Industry Standards of the People's Republic of China Sliding Valve Vacuum Pumps Product Quality Grading (Internal Use) This standard specifies the quality grade, inspection rules and evaluation methods of sliding valve vacuum pumps. This standard applies to sliding valve vacuum pumps specified in JB/T1246 (hereinafter referred to as products). 2 Referenced Standards JB/T53022-1999 Replaces JB/T53022-92 The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are all valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest version of the following standards. JB/T1246-1997 Sliding Valve Vacuum Pump 3 Product Quality Grade 3.1 Products are divided into qualified products, first-class products and superior products according to their quality level and use value. 3.2 Product Assessment Items and Indicators a) Products of all grades shall meet the requirements of 5.2.2 and 5.2.3 of JB/T1246-1997; b) Products of all grades shall also meet the corresponding indicators specified in Table 1 and Table 2. 4 Inspection Rules and Evaluation Methods 4.1 Sampling Method 4.1.1 Composition of Inspection Lots Products that have passed the inspection in the production plant and entered the warehouse (or the user's place) constitute the inspection lot. The inspection batch can be the same as or different from the production batch, sales batch, and transportation batch, and can be composed of single pumps of the same or different specifications and models, the same quality grade, and basically the same production conditions and production time, but the batch size of each inspection batch shall not exceed 250 units. When there is no clear provision, the composition of the batch, the batch size, and the method of identifying the batch, etc., shall be determined through negotiation. 4.1.2 Sampling plan A single sampling plan is adopted, with 2 samples per batch and 0 qualified judgment number. 4.1.3 Sample extraction Samples should be randomly selected from the inspection batch, and sampling can be carried out after the batch is formed or during the batch formation process. 4.2 Test method 4.2.1 The average trouble-free working time shall be assessed using the test report or user use report (continuous or cumulative operating time) within the past 3 years. 4.2.2 Other items shall be inspected in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of JB/T12461997. 4.3 Assessment methodwww.bzxz.net Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on December 30, 1999, and implemented on June 1, 2000 JB/T53022-1999 To determine the quality grade of a product, it must meet the requirements of all assessment items of the grade, otherwise the grade shall be determined according to the lowest indicator achieved.
