3 Terms and definitions

4.1 Model
The model of the case packing machine shall be compiled in accordance with the provisions of GB/T7311. DXX

5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 Case packing machines should be manufactured according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 5.1.2 The operation of the packing machine should be smooth, and the movement of the moving parts and components should be sensitive, coordinated and accurate, without jamming and abnormal noise. 5.1.3 The gas circuit and hydraulic system pipeline of the packing machine should be unobstructed, without blockage and leakage. 5.1.4 The pneumatic system of the packing machine should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T7932. 5. 2 Performance requirements
5.2.1 The production efficiency should not be less than 5% of the rated production capacity. 5.2.2 The box loss rate should not be greater than 3%.
5.2.3 The material loss rate should not be greater than 2%.
5.2.4 The collection qualification rate of the white dynamic packing machine should not be less than 97%. 5.2.5 The packing qualification rate should not be less than 98%. 5.2.6 The sound pressure level of the horn of the packing machine should not be greater than 80dB(A). 5.3 Electrical safety requirements
5.3.1 The circuit control system of the packing machine shall comply with the requirements of GB5226.1-2008, be safe and reliable, and operate accurately. Each electrical connector shall be firmly connected and numbered. The operation button shall be positive and the indicator light shall be positive. There shall be an emergency stop device. The effective operation of the operator shall terminate the subsequent command, and the operation command shall be valid until it is restored! Reset can only be manually operated at the position where the emergency operation command is triggered: the reset of the command shall not restart the machine, but only allow it to restart. 5.3.2 The insulation resistance measured when 500Vd.c is applied between the power circuit conductor and the protective connection circuit shall not be less than 1Mn. 5.3.3 All exposed conductive parts of the packing machine shall be connected to the protective connection circuit according to the requirements of 8.2.1 of GB5226.1-2008. The connection between the grounding terminal or grounding contact and the grounding metal kitchen component shall have a low resistance value, and its resistance value shall not exceed 0.1. It shall be determined to be qualified through the grounding resistance test.
5,3.4 The power circuit conductors and protective connection circuits of electrical equipment should be subjected to a withstand voltage test of at least 1s. 5.3.5 The electrical control cabinet should be corrosion-resistant and its protection level should reach IP54. 5.4 Safety and health requirements
5.4.1 The safety protection of the packing machine shall comply with the following provisions: a) The safety protection of the packing machine shall comply with the provisions of JB7233! b) The packing machine is equipped with an interlocking protection device. When the packaging and materials are out of place, out of order, stuck, missing or malfunctioning, an alarm will be sounded and the machine will stop working: c) There should be clear and eye-catching safety warning signs such as operation, lubrication, and anti-scalding on the packing machine. The safety signs should comply with the provisions of GB2894 and GB/T16273.1. 5.4.2 The materials and parts of the packing machine shall comply with the following provisions: a) When the packaged material is medical supplies, the surface material of the packing machine in contact with the packaged material and the packaging material shall comply with the relevant provisions of the State Meng on pharmaceutical production equipment: When the packaged material is food, the packing machine shall comply with the provisions of GB16798: 1) If the packaged material is a ball bottle, an electric bottle inspection machine should be installed on the production line. 3

When the material is explosive, the packing machine shall comply with the provisions of GB50089. b) The surface of the equipment that contacts the packaging material and the packaged material shall be flat, easy to clean or disinfect, corrosion-resistant, and shall not react chemically with the packaged material.
e) The raw materials and purchased supporting parts used in the packing machine shall have the quality certificate of the manufacturer. d) The mechanical design and sanitation safety of the packing machine shall comply with the requirements of GB19891. 5.5 Appearance quality requirements
5.5.1 The paint or spray coating of the non-processed surface of the packing machine shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color, and shall not have obvious defects such as dirt, flow marks, and blistering.
5.5.2 The surface-treated parts of the packing machine shall have uniform color, without defects such as peeling, delamination, and rust. 6 Test method
6.1 Test conditions
6.1.1 Test environment temperature 5℃-~40, relative humidity should not be greater than 85%. 6.1.2 The packaging boxes used in the test should comply with the relevant standards of GB/T6543 or BB/T0043. 6.1.3 The packaging materials (bottles, bags, boxes, etc.) that comply with the relevant standards should be used in the test. 6.2 General inspection requirements
6.2.1 Idle running test
After each packing machine is assembled, an idle running test should be performed. The continuous idle running time should not be less than 1h, and 0.5h at low speed and high speed respectively: Check the machine performance. It should comply with the provisions of 5.1.2 and 5.3.1. 6.2.2 Check the sealing of the air circuit and hydraulic system The air circuit and hydraulic system of the packing machine can be checked for sealing by the following methods: a) Apply soapy water or detergent water to the sealing of the pneumatic component seal to observe whether there is air explosion. It should comply with the provisions of 5.1.3; b) After the hydraulic system is assembled, it should be tested with a rated pressure of 1.25 and a pressure drop of no more than 5%. It should comply with the provisions of 5.1.3.
6.3 Performance test
6.3.1 Production efficiency test
6.3.1.1 The production efficiency test for factory inspection uses packaging boxes and packaging materials that meet the requirements of 6.1.2 and 6.1.3. The test is carried out after the packaging machine is in normal operation. The number of packaging boxes produced in 0.5 hours is counted and the production line efficiency is calculated according to formula (1). It should comply with the provisions of 5.2.1. M

The test is carried out on the user's site, using packaging boxes and packaging materials that meet the requirements of 6.1.2 and 6.1.3 (all provided by the user). The test is carried out after the packing machine is running normally, and the number of packaging boxes produced for 3 consecutive hours is counted. The production line efficiency is calculated according to formula (3), which should meet the requirements of 5.2.1.

The case packing machine shall be tested after normal operation (it can be carried out simultaneously with the test in 6.3.1.1), and run continuously for 0.5h. 6.3.2.2 User acceptance damage rate test

6. 3. 3 Material loss rate test
The packing machine is tested after normal operation (can be carried out simultaneously with the test in 6.3.1.1), and it runs continuously for 0.5h. The number of damaged materials and the total number of materials actually packed are counted. The material damage rate is calculated according to formula (7), which shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.3. L=model×100%

The packing machine is tested after normal operation (can be carried out simultaneously with the test in 6.3.1.1), and it runs continuously for 0.5h. The number of collected materials and the total number of collected materials are counted. The calculation is based on formula (8), which shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.4. Q=4 × 100%

6.3.5 Packaging qualified rate test
6.3.5.1 Appearance quality test
The test is carried out after the case packer is running normally and continuously. The sampling is carried out in two batches, and 100 boxes are sampled continuously each time. The time interval between the two times shall not be less than 10 minutes. Visually inspect the appearance of 200 boxes, which should be free of damage. The number of unqualified products is 41. 6.3.5.2 Packing pass rate
For the other boxes with qualified appearance quality, check their materials. Those with damaged, over-packed or missing packaging are all unqualified products. The number of unqualified products is counted

6.3. 6 Noise test
During the continuous operation, the noise of the case packer shall be measured according to the method specified in JB/T7232, and its noise value shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.6.
When appropriate, the following method may be used: When the difference between the A-weighted sound pressure level of the ambient background noise and the A-weighted sound pressure level of the working noise of the case packer under test is greater than 10dB(A), use a precision sound level meter to measure the noise in the middle of the front, rear, left and right directions of the case packer, 1 meter away from the case packer and 1.5 meters away from the operating platform. The maximum value of the measured noise value shall be taken as the noise value of the case packer, which shall comply with the provisions of 5.2.6. 6
6.4 Electrical safety test

6.4.1 Use an insulation meter to measure the insulation resistance in accordance with 18.3 of GB5226.1-2008. It shall comply with 5.3.2. 6.4.2 After the power supply of the electrical device is cut off, a constant current is obtained from a power supply with an open-circuit voltage not exceeding 12V (AC or DC), and the current is equal to 1.5 times the rated current or 25A (the larger of the two). Let the current pass alternately between the grounding terminal and each easily accessible metal part.
Measure the voltage drop between the grounding terminal and each easily accessible metal part, and calculate the resistance value from the current and voltage drop. It should comply with the provisions of 5.3.3.
6.4.3 Use a withstand voltage tester to perform a withstand voltage test according to the provisions of 18.4 of GB5226.12008. It should comply with the provisions of 5.3.4.6.5 Safety and health requirements inspection
6.5.1 Check the safety protection device, which should comply with the provisions of 5.4.1.6.5.2 Check the machine material report and quality certificate, which should comply with the provisions of 5.4.2.6. 6 Appearance quality inspection

7.1 Factory inspection
Each case packing machine shall be subject to factory inspection, and the inspection items shall be as specified in Table 1. 7. 1. 1

7.1.2 Each packing machine shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer according to this standard, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate before leaving the factory. 7.2 Type inspection
7.2.1 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following situations: a) old products are transferred to the factory for production or new products are tested for trial production; b) after formal production, if there are large differences in materials, structures, and processes, it may affect the performance of the product; c) during normal production, it shall be inspected once a year after a certain amount of production is accumulated; d) the product is resumed after a long period of suspension, c) the factory inspection results are significantly different from the last type inspection; f) the national quality supervision agency puts forward type inspection requirements. 7.2.2 Type inspection shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 5. The inspection items are shown in Table 1. All the inspection items are qualified for type inspection. In the type inspection, if the continuity, insulation resistance and withstand voltage test of the protective connection circuit of the electrical system fail, it is judged as unqualified for type inspection. If one of the other items fails, and the unqualified item is doubled and retested, and still fails, the packing machine is judged to have failed the type inspection. B Marking, Packaging, Transportation and Storage
8.1 Marking
The packing machine is a sign in an obvious position. The size and technical requirements of the sign are in accordance with the specifications of GB/I13306. The following information should be marked on the label:
a) Product model;
b) Product name;
c) Product implementation standard:
d) Product main technical specifications;
e) Manufacturing date and factory number;
f) Manufacturer name and location (for export products, such as "People's Republic of China"). 8.2 Packaging
8.2.1 The transport packaging of the packing machine shall comply with the provisions of GB/TI3384. 8.2.2 Before packing the packing machine, the exposed processed surface shall be treated with rust prevention. 8.2.3 The packing box of the packing machine shall be firm and reliable, and meet the requirements of transport and moisture. 8.2, 4 The packing box should have reliable moisture-proof measures. 8.2.5 The special tools and wearing parts that come with the case packer should be packed and fixed in the packing box. 8.2.6 The technical documents should be properly packed and placed in the packing box, including: product certificate:
b) product instruction manual (the preparation should comply with the provisions of GB/T9969); packing list,
8.2.7 The outer surface of the packing box should be clearly marked with shipping and transportation operation signs, and should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T191. 8
Transportation and storage
8.3.1 The case packer should be placed with care during transportation. Inversion and collision avoidance are not allowed. 2 The case packer should be stored in a dry and ventilated place. 8.3.2

Transportation and storage
