This standard specifies the relevant materials that should be available when submitting technical standards for the electronic industry at all levels for approval. SJ 1.7-87
This standard applies to the submission of national standards, national military standards, professional standards (ministerial standards) and ministerial guiding technical documents in the electronic industry technical standards.

1. Items 1 to 4 should be filled in before the review (item 4 can be left blank if no standardization technical committee or technical coordination unit has been established).
2. If the letter review is adopted, item 5 shall be filled in by the standardization management agency of the standard sponsoring department (including the entrusted coordination unit or standardization technical committee) after a comprehensive analysis of the reply opinions. Item 6 shall be filled in by the standardization management agency of the standard sponsoring department (including the entrusted coordination unit) or the standardization technical committee, and indicate whether a reply letter is given. 3. If the joint review is adopted, items 5 and 6 shall be filled in during the standard review meeting. 4. Items 7 and 8 shall be filled in when the standard is submitted for approval.
