The outer dimensions of the connecting plate are in accordance with the provisions of Table 3.0.33 3.2—3. Technical requirements 4.0.1 The material and performance of the frame shall comply with the corresponding material standards: gray cast iron castings shall comply with GB9439; carbon steel castings shall comply with GB11352; ordinary carbon steel shall comply with GB700; high-quality carbon steel shall comply with GB699 4.0.2 Castings shall be subjected to aging treatment to eliminate internal stress. No defects such as pores, slag holes, sand holes, cracks, etc. are allowed on the mating surfaces of the castings after processing. In addition to the mating surfaces, there shall generally be no defects that affect the strength of the frame. 4.0.3 Casting tolerances shall comply with the requirements of GB6414CT14. 4.0.4 The limit deviation of the unindicated tolerance dimensions of the machined surfaces shall comply with the provisions of GB1804. The hole is H12, the shaft is h12, and the length is JS12 (js12). The unformed tolerance of the machined surface is in accordance with the B-grade accuracy of GB1184. 4.0.5 The assembly of the frame shall be in accordance with the provisions of HGJ203 and HG21563. 4.0.6 The painting, packaging and transportation shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB2536. When the frame is packaged, the holes of the surfaces with matching requirements shall be covered with soft protective pads (covers). Usage regulations 5.0.1 The selection of the frame shall comply with the provisions of HG21563. 5.0.2 When a single-point frame is used and the bearing of the output shaft of the reducer is used as a support point, the positions of the two support points and their distance L shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 5.0.2 and Table 5.0.2. In other support situations, the position of the intermediate bearing support point on the frame remains unchanged, and the support point spacing L is determined by the designer according to the specific situation. If the motor output shaft is perpendicular to the reducer output shaft, special instructions should be given when ordering.
