1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Determination of Formation Fracture Pressure
Casing Shoe Leak Test Method
SY5430-92
This standard specifies the preparation work before leak test, leak test sequence, and the collection and processing methods of leak test data for determining the fracture pressure by the casing shoe leak test method.
This standard is applicable to the determination of formation fracture pressure in Shipu natural gas rise. 2 Preparation before test
2.1 Estimate the fracture pressure of the test layer using prediction models or adjacent data. 2.2 According to the estimation results of 2.1 and the drilling wave density, select the appropriate system type and parallel port device. 2.3 After the parallel port is installed, use the plugging device to test the pressure with clean water, and test the overall pressure below the gate blowout preventer to the rated working pressure. The pressure stabilization time is not less than 3 minutes, and the allowable pressure drop does not exceed 0.7~1.0MPa. Check the riser and annulus pressure gauge.
The leak test layer should be selected in the first 3~5m thick leaky layer under the casing shoe. 2.5
2.6 Adjust the drilling control energy to ensure the stability of the hook to meet the leak test construction requirements. 3 Test procedure
3.1 Lift the drill bit above the casing shoe, fill it with drilling fluid, and close it. 3.2 Pump drilling fluid into the well by one of the two methods from the drilling tool water hole or annulus. For open hole length within 5m, use 0.7~1L/s displacement, and for more than 5m, use 2~4L/s displacement. 3.3 In order to obtain the minimum principal ground stress and rock tensile strength data of the test layer, the pump should be stopped and the pressure measurement should be repeated after the formation is fractured. 3.4 When the pressure reaches the minimum rated working pressure of the parallel port pressure-bearing equipment or the pressure on the casing reaches 80% of the minimum internal pressure resistance of the casing and it is still not fractured, the test should be stopped. 4 Collection of leak test data
4.1 Date, time, well number, well depth, casing size and depth, formation and lithology, drilling fluid density, injection pump model, cylinder sleeve diameter and number of strokes.
4.2 Record the corresponding pump pressure and injection volume or time every 20-50L pumping volume or every 10-20s (constant speed). The interval between recording points can be larger at the beginning, and the recording points should be denser in the later stage. When the positive circulation is in progress, the pump pressure is read by the riser or parallel port pressure gauge. When the annulus is in, the annulus pressure gauge is read.
4.3 After the formation is fracturing, stop the pump for 1 to 2 minutes, and record the pump pressure every 10 to 20 seconds. 4.4 After the pump pressure is relatively stable, restart the pump for 1 to 2 minutes, and record the reopening pressure every 10 to 20 seconds. 5 Leakage test data processing
5.1 Drawing
a. If the data collected are the interval time and the corresponding pump pressure, draw a leak test curve as shown in Figure 1. b. If the data collected before the formation is the pumping volume and the corresponding pump pressure, draw a leak test curve as shown in Figure 2. Approved by the Ministry of Energy of the People's Republic of China on April 27, 1992 and implemented on October 1, 1992
