1 Subject content and scope of application

This standard specifies the working mode and function, composition, process, selection principle, piping, flushing, cooling or insulation, filtration and separation of the core seal circulation protection system (hereinafter referred to as the sealing system). This standard applies to mechanical seal systems. Its working parameters are: medium oil, water, chemical liquid, liquid containing impurities: pressure 0~6.3MPa temperature -100~+380℃
2 Working mode and function
2.1 The working mode of the sealing system is circulation flushing or injection lubrication. 2.2 The sealing system has the functions of lubrication, flushing, temperature adjustment, pressure adjustment, impurity removal, medium replacement, dilution and flushing of leaking medium. 3 Composition
3.1 The sealing system is composed of basic components such as pressure tank, booster tank, heat exchanger, filter, cyclone height divider, orifice plate, etc. 3.2 The general sealing system also includes sealing chamber, end cover, shaft sleeve, sealing chamber bottom bushing, cover auxiliary seal, pumping ring, pipe fittings, valve parts, instruments, etc.
3.3 The basic components, pipe fittings, valve parts and instruments of the sealing system constitute a centralized sealing liquid station. Process
