1 Scope
Machinery Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Common process instructions for cutting-Process instructions For grindingThis standard defines the basic rules that should be followed in different types of grinding. It is applicable to the pre-grinding processing of various enterprises, and the provisions that should be followed in pre-processing.
2 Reference standards
JB9168.4—1998
FB/23C7.3-88
The following standards contain the following provisions: The provisions of this standard are constituted by reference in this standard: When this standard was published, the versions shown are all editions. All standards are subject to revision. All parties using this standard should use the following standards. New versions may occur. JT3/T9168.7—1998 General process rules for pre-processing General rules 3 Clamping of workpieces
3. Before clamping shaft workpieces, the center hole should be checked. There should be no ellipse, roundness, damage, or mechanical defects, and the center hole should be cleaned. For heat-treated workpieces, the center hole should be well ground. If the workpiece is required, the center hole should be well ground. The surface should be lubricated with oil. 3.2 When installing the three-dimensional workpiece between the two pre-clamps, the tailstock should be adjusted before the clamp to make the two top axes coincide. 3.3 When grinding thin-walled workpieces that are easily deformed on the internal and external cylindrical grinders, the polishing knife should be appropriate, and the tension should be properly relaxed during fine grinding. 31 Before grinding on the internal and external cylindrical grinders, the workpiece should be weighed. When installing, the counterweight should be used to ensure the balance of the workpiece. 3.5 On the external cylindrical grinder, the tailstock should be used to tighten the workpiece and press it. The top force should be appropriate. When grinding, the original force should be adjusted according to the shrinkage of the workpiece. When grinding the long axis on the external grinding machine, the center stand should be used to adjust the center. The center frame and the headstock, the same height of the seat, 3.7 When using a magnetic disk to grind a small or high workpiece on a semi-automatic grinder, the appropriate position should be increased to increase the grinding rate. 1 month or more.
4 Selection and installation of grinding wheels
4.1 The material, hardness, fineness and surface quality requirements of the workpiece should be taken into consideration, including the rational selection of the grinding wheel brand. 4.2 When installing the grinding wheel: two flanges with different sizes should not be used, and a rubber, cowhide or other compressive pad should be placed between the grinding wheel and the grinding wheel.
4.3 When installing the grinding wheel, static balance must be performed before and after the wheel, and an empty running test should be performed after the grinding wheel is installed. 4.4 When repairing the grinding wheel, it should be Make full use of coolant to prevent the metal parts from being broken due to concentrated cooling and sudden heating. 5 Grinding Process
5.1 Check the workpiece and start the machine tool first. According to the actual temperature, the idling time is generally not less than>m, and then carry out grinding. 5.7 Do not stop the machine during the grinding process. When stopping, you must stop the feed and withdraw the grinding wheel. 5.3 After using for a period of time, if multiple calibration marks are found on the workpiece, the hard wheel should be removed and the calibrator should be re-calibrated before use. 5.4 When grinding slender shafts, the extension should be used! Approved by the State Machinery Industry Bureau on November 16, 1998
Implementation on December 1, 1998
JB/T9168.8 --1998
5. When grinding the workpiece on the surface grinder, the surface should be turned over several times before grinding. 5.6T When grinding wet or traveling, the wheel should idle for about 2 minutes to make the workpiece 5. When grinding the workpiece on the center grinder, the angle between the grinding wheel and the guide wheel and the height of the support plate are adjusted. After the test grinding is qualified, the workpiece can be ground. 5.B When grinding the surface grinder on the vertical rail surface grinder and the guide rail grinder, the end face should be used for surface finishing. The grinding wheel must be able to be vertical with the worktable or vertical with the guide rail.
5. When grinding, the screen rod should be rigid and the grinding wheel speed should be appropriately reduced. 5.10 When grinding the conical surface, the worktable should be adjusted first: it should be checked with a gauge during the grinding process. 5.11 Before the end of the fine grinding, there should be no feed and no extra cutting until there is no spark. 1
