General-purpose rolling bearings (except needle roller bearings) are composed of type code, size series indicating the outer dimensions of the bearing, and inner diameter code: The basic code of needle roller bearings is composed of type code and dimension indicating the matching and installation characteristics of the bearing. The size series code, inner diameter code and size code indicating the bearing matching and installation characteristics shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/272-1993. The bearing types and sizes not included in GB/272-1993 shall be indicated by the size series, inner diameter code or the size indicating the bearing matching and installation characteristics.
