Slowly! This standard modifies and adopts IFC608842-3:1989 "Household and similar purpose plug sockets Part 2: Special requirements for plugs with switches" (First Edition). This standard should be used in conjunction with GB2D99.1 "Household and similar purpose plug sockets Part 1: General requirements" and is only applicable to household and similar purpose sockets with non-interconnected switches (with mechanical switches as the main body and controlled by switches). It does not apply to products that may be used alone. my country's multi-position non-interconnected socket products allow one switch to control both positions. In order to match the versions, the standard chapter number and structure are adjusted appropriately in the compilation, so as to facilitate the use with GR299.1. This standard is compared with E60884-2-3:1939 as follows: The structure of Chapter 1 is adjusted to correspond to GB2099.1-1996: Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents" is added to facilitate the use with GB2099.1-1996, and the chapter number of the whole text is also adjusted accordingly: For Chinese products, add a note under 3.102 to explain that my country allows one switch to control multiple positions at the same time: Chapter 6, add the specified rated value to indicate the numerical value of the entire product (see 6.101). 1) In correspondence with 8.2, the relevant content of 7.2.10.3 "Classification according to contact disconnection situation" is added, and the content of the standard is reported: the last line of 10.101 "Chapters 16 and 20" is changed to "Chapters 17 and 27"; According to the internal proposal of the standard, the last line of 10.103 "Chapters 16 and 19" is changed to "Chapters 10 and 17"; In Chapter 21, "c0-0.6±0.05" is changed to 00=0.8-0.05; The delay rate of normal operation (15 operations per minute) in Chapter 21 is changed to "according to the determination of Chapter 20", which is consistent with 1915.1: This standard is a recommended standard:

8.The terminals of the power conductors shall be marked with identification marks, unless the connection method itself is not important, is self-evident or is marked on the wiring board. Such terminals shall be marked with the letter "I". If there are multiple such terminals, they shall be marked with the letters "11", "L2", "3", etc., and these terminals may each have a box to indicate their associated terminals. Alternatively, the surface of the terminal shall be made of yellow or purple material: other commonly used metal layers of different colors are used to connect the two-pole, one-pole and two-pole switches. Unless the connection of the terminal itself is self-evident, otherwise, the terminal corresponding to any "pole" shall also be marked with similar identification marks to distinguish the terminal corresponding to the other pole. The terminal after the neutral conductor is indicated by the letter "N". These markings are not Marking on screw pins or other easily removable parts. 8.102 Two-pole, three-pole switches and switches with a rated voltage exceeding 250V or a rated current exceeding 16A should be marked to clearly indicate the direction of movement of the starter or the actual position of the switch. For multi-stage switch sockets, the marking indicates the result caused by the movement of the starter element. The marking should be clearly visible on the front of the socket after the cover or cover is installed. If these markings are on the cover or removable element, it should be ensured that it is impossible for these parts to be installed in a position that will cause the marking to be incorrect. The symbols "" and "" can be used to indicate the marking. Note 1: Class-1 must have such a marking.

(R2099.] This specification shall be amended and added as follows:
10.101 The rotary knob, operating lever, button, springboard, etc. used to operate the switch in the socket of the switch shall be made of high-grade materials. Otherwise, their products and metal parts shall be separated from the metal parts of the switch mechanism by insulation or insulation, or their fusible parts shall be sealed with a battery.
Whether it is satisfactory or not shall be checked by observing the specification and conducting 17 and 27 tests. 10.102 The metal parts of the mechanism that are not isolated from the live parts, such as the core or pivot of the wheel or springboard, shall not protrude from the casing. Whether it is satisfactory or not shall be determined by observing the whole process and, if necessary, the starting element shall be removed from the casing. Components removed or destroyed. If the operating components must be destroyed: Compliance shall be checked after the tests of clause 28: 1D.103 Switch mechanism with dial in the normal state After installation, metal parts of the switch mechanism, such as wheels or hinges, shall be insulated from easily accessible metal parts.
In addition, these metal parts shall be insulated from easily accessible metal parts, including metal plates supporting the base of the switch, which may be installed in the metal mounting box, and from the screws fixing the base to its bracket. If the creepage distance and electrical distance between the two parts of the switch mechanism and the insulated parts are at least twice the values specified in clause 27.1, or these metal parts are firmly earthed, the above additional requirements do not need to be met and the components are qualified. If necessary, the test and inspection of Chapters 10 and 17 shall be carried out. 11 Grounding faults

13 Structure of fixed sockets wwW.bzxz.Net
This chapter of 2099.1-1996 shall apply with the following modifications:
13.101 The switch structure shall be in close contact with the neutral line of the switch holder. The grounding head shall not be used as a pole: The position of the switch operating element shall not be affected by the incorrect insertion of the corresponding terminal. The correct operation of the core component shall not be hindered by the corresponding positive distance.
Compliance is checked by the following test: When the operating element of the switch is properly inserted into the seat with the stop gauge specified in B102, the seat shall not be disturbed by the normal operation of the operating element.
13.102 The knob of the rotary switch shall be securely coupled to the axis of rotation or to a component of the switch structure. A force of [N min] in the positive direction shall be applied to the knob. If the switch can be turned in the opposite direction without force, the knob shall not come loose during this test.
13.103 The operating element of the switch shall automatically be in the position corresponding to the moving contact when it is released. Except for single-press switches, the operating element of such switches may be in a single static position. 13.104 The switch is constructed so that the moving contact can be static in the "" or "" position. If the position corresponds to the position of the actuating element and there is sufficient insulation between the fixed contact and the moving contact, an intermediate position is allowed. If necessary, the insulation between the fixed contact and the moving contact in the intermediate position can be checked by applying a 5012 or 12 Hz basic sine wave voltage for 1 min across the switch. For switch sockets with a rated voltage of 13V or less, the test voltage is 1250V. For output accessories with a rated voltage exceeding 130V, the test voltage is 2000V. Compliance with the requirements of 13.103 and 13.104 may be checked by observation and by a functional test. 13.105 The switch shall be constructed so that no excessive arcing occurs when the switch is operated slowly. Compliance is checked by causing the switch to interrupt the circuit for a second time at the end of the test, the actuating element to move more than 25° and stop the actuating element in the middle position, and then the actuating element is tripped. During the test, a continuous arc is present. 13.106 A socket-outlet with a switch operating on one pole shall be capable of making and disconnecting all the poles simultaneously, except that the neutral conductor shall not be connected before the other poles and after the other poles. Compliance is checked by observation and by a functional test. 13.107 If the cover and the plate are removed for installation, the action of the mechanism shall be independent of the plate and the plate. Whether it is qualified, the following method is used to check: without cover and differential plate, it is not allowed to be connected in series, and the starting element is normally pressed without excessive force. During the test period, the lamp should flash. 14 Structure of plugs and mobile sockets This chapter of GB2099.1-1996 is not applicable. 15 Chain sockets This chapter of GB2099.1-1996: small applicable 15 Ageing resistance, protection against harmful water ingress and moisture resistance This chapter of GB2099.1-1990 is applicable. 17 Insulation resistance and electrical strength This chapter of GB2099.1-1996 is applicable after the following amendments. 17.1 Replace the last sentence: Except? 17.1.1) and h) the insulation resistance is less than 2M2, and the insulation resistance shall not be less than 5M2. 17.1.1 Add after the first note:
