Steps of brand classification by industry
Brand classification by industry is determined step by step in the order of categories, major categories and minor categories. The determination steps are as follows: a)
If the investment income of a company exceeds the operating profit, consider the industry record concentration of the source of the investment income. If it is concentrated in a certain industry and meets the conditions in b), it is classified into this industry: If it is not concentrated in a certain industry, it is judged according to c) to d).
b) Consider the composition of the company's operating income and operating profit in the past three years. When the proportion of the income and profit of a certain industry in the company's operating income and operating profit exceeds 50%, it is directly classified into this industry. When the proportion of operating income and operating profit is inconsistent, the industry with more than 50% income shall prevail.
When the company's main business does not meet 6, the business with the highest revenue-to-profit ratio of more than 30% among the company's ongoing businesses shall prevail.
d) When the revenue and profit of multiple industries of the company are relatively close. Based on the company's development plan, market views and other background conditions, it is determined by expert evaluation.
7.2 Classification and code table by industry
Brand classification and code by industry are shown in Table 2.Appendix A lists the comparison table of this standard by brand industry classification and GB/T4754-2017 national economic classification, which can be used as a comparison and reference 2
