The shaft bearing plate shall not exceed HG /T 2478 --93 4.2.3 The flatness of the compression end face (mushroom glass surface) between the pump body and the static ring of the machine seal should be no more than 0.1mm, and the verticality deviation with the rotating shaft should be no more than 0.1mm. 4.2.4 The tank part of the shaft should have a chamfer (1×45°) to facilitate installation. 4.2.5 The compression rate of the sealing gasket during assembly should not be more than 30%. 4.2.6 The rotating ring assembly should be subjected to static pressure test piece by piece. The static pressure test pressure is 1.25 compensation of the design force. The sealing medium is clean water. It lasts for 15 minutes and no leakage is required. 4.2.7 When installing the mechanical seal, it should be correctly installed according to the product manual or sample to ensure its normal operation. 5 Use 5.1 The mechanical seal leakage disc is determined according to the shaft diameter. When the shaft diameter is 45mm, the leakage is not more than 5ml/h. When the shaft diameter is ≤45mm, the leakage disc is not more than 3al/h. 5.2 The service life of the mechanical seal is not less than half a year. 6 Test 6.1 When a new mechanical seal product is trial-produced, a type test must be carried out in accordance with JB4236. 62 Factory tests include test run tests and operation tests. 6.21 The test run is to install the mechanical seal on the pump and test run it with the pump one by one. The test medium is clean water, and the outlet door is closed for 10m to ensure that there is no leakage. 62.2 The number of test runs for the operation test shall be sampled according to GB2828. The operating test pressure is the design pressure, the sealing medium is clean water, and the operation lasts for 5 hours. The medium pressure, temperature, speed and leakage are measured and recorded once every hour. The leakage volume requirements are the same as 5.1.7 Marking and packaging. 1 The packaging box should indicate the product identification mark, date of publication, and manufacturer name. 7.2 Each set of mechanical seals is packed in a packaging box before leaving the factory, and a product certificate should be attached. The certificate should have the product model, quantity, manufacturer name, signature and date of the inspection department and inspection personnel. 7.3 The manufacturer should provide installation and use instructions according to the user's requirements.
